In a series of photos shared by Jenna Johnson and her boyfriend, Val Chmerkovskiy, fans see the intimate and simple gender reveal they’re holding for their unborn baby. Chmerkovskiy kicked things off by posting two images of himself and his pregnant wife in the corner of a sunlit room on his Instagram page.
While the first picture shows the two holding a golden canister, the next slide shows them shooting a blue confetti cannon from the canister. He added a blue heart emoji to the post, which has received over 90k likes.
As for his wife, the 28-year-old woman chose to see more details of the event on her Instagram. Starting with a black-and-white photo, Johnson included several slides showing how excited she and her man were to welcome a man. In his caption, he wrote:

Johnson and Chmerkovskiy kept things casual for the memorable moment, with the mom-to-be showing off her baby bump in a green fringed tank top and matching maxi skirt. Her Ukrainian husband wore a white tank, khaki pants, and a black beanie. Despite the low gender reveal, the “Being the Ricardos” dancers received congratulatory comments from their fellow celebrities such as; Ricki Lake, Boss Stephen’ tWitch’, Normani, the Bella Twins, Kenya Moore, and Heather Morris.
These celebrities and many others have been rooting for the couple since they first sparked dating rumors in 2015. According to US Magazine, relationship speculation began after they were reportedly seen “getting cozy” during “DWTS” rehearsals.

The pro dancer especially took issue with Ye’s single, “Oh God,” in which she dissed “DWTS.” The rapper’s diss line reads, “That’s why I charge the price I charge / I can’t be here “Dancing With the Stars” / No, I can’t let my family starve.”
