In his new interview with WSJ magazineactress Jennifer Aniston shares her thoughts on “cancelling culture,” saying she’s “overreacting” because she doesn’t want to put everyone in the same box as disgraced Hollywood bigwig Harvey Weinstein.

“‘I’m too culture-defying,'” Aniston told the publication. “I might have just been undone by saying that. I just don’t get the point. … Is there no redemption? I don’t know. I don’t put everybody in the Harvey Weinstein basket.”

The “We Are The Millers” actress, who is not one of the many women who have accused Weinstein of sexual abuse, worked with the producer on the 2005 film, “Derailed.”

Speaking about her experience with Weinstein, Aniston said she was never interested in spending time with him and used to make sure other people stayed with her in his trailer when he was around.

She stated, “He’s not the guy, you’re like, ‘God, I can’t wait to hang out with Harvey.’ never. You’re actually like, ‘Oh, God, OK, suck it up.'”

“I still remember actually, he came to visit me in the movie to pitch the movie to me. And I remember consciously there was someone living in my trailer,” Aniston added.

Weinstein has since responded to the actress’ comments through his representative, saying he has a “very good professional relationship” with Aniston.

Aniston’s comments came after she was slammed online for “liking” a post by “Django Unchained” actor Jamie Foxx.

Foxx shared a now-deleted cryptic post on Instagram with a message that read, “They killed this guy’s name [sic] Jesus… What do you think they are going to do to you???!”

The letters in the photo are capitalized and in a bold font. Foxx also included the hashtags #fakefriends, #fakelove.

Following that, fans took note of Aniston’s interaction with the post and continued to call her out.

Responding to the backlash, Aniston wrote on her Instagram story, “This really makes me sick. I did not ‘like’ this post on purpose or by accident.”

He continued, “And more importantly, I want to make it clear to my friends and anyone who is hurt by this presence in their feed – I do NOT support any form of antisemitism. And I absolutely do not tolerate HATE in any form .Period”

Foxx quickly clarified his post and apologized for the way the message came across to Jews.

The actor expressed regret and admitted that it could be misinterpreted in a dangerous way due to his choice of words.

On his Instagram page, Foxx wrote, “I want to apologize to the Jewish community who were offended by my post. I now know my choice of words caused offense and I apologize.”

He continued, “That was never my intention. To clarify, a fake friend betrayed me and that’s what I mean by “them” not anything else. I only have love in my heart for everyone. I love and support the community Jews.”

“I deeply apologize to anyone who was offended. Nothing but love always,” Foxx concluded.

Some of the star’s Jewish fans continued to show their support for him, with many even admitting that they saw nothing antisemitic about Foxx’s post.

One comment read, “I know you personally; I am Jewish and know you are the last person to EVER act Anti Semitic. [You’re] kind and considerate to everyone. I will vouch for you always.”
