Jennifer Aniston is still front page news for her followers of respect recently Friends costar Matthew Perry’s death on October 28. Earlier this week, the 54-year-old broke his Instagram silence when he shared a heartwarming goodbye post on Instagram, and that means more fans than ever are now following his feed.
Earlier this year, Jennifer posted in full sweat mode as she hit the gym in a skimpy spandex look and showed off her toned figure. The sitcom star showed off her insane abs and toned legs as she toned down her already sculpted body, also posting to shout out Pvolve. Fans have left the video over 1.1 million likes.
Jaw-Crushing Body At 54
Looking decades younger than her age, Jen told her followers how she stays in sensational shape as mash-up footage shows her engaging in various toning exercises.
Accessorized with tight black leggings and a lightweight grap sports bra, the Hollywood star unrolled from her black yoga mat and lifted one leg high while resting her weight on one knee and forearm. Adding crisp white sneakers for a stylish finish, Jen used a pulley resistance band to stretch her legs before returning for a more energetic trampoline set stretch. Again, he used equipment to add weight to his arm.

Rocking a glowing make-up look for the shoot, Jen also included some impressive balance work as she stood on one leg and from the wood-floored studio while slowly lifting the other leg. Fans next saw Brad Pitt’s ex stretching on the black-and-white mat as she once again showed off her shredded arms and shoulders, plus that toned waist.
“I am officially part of the @pvolve family. SO proud to support our female founder and more talented coaches. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so thankful for the team and excited for what’s to come,” Aniston wrote in the caption.
A Heartbreaking Tribute To Matthew Perry
Jennifer this week took to Instagram to mark the tragic loss of Matthew Perry, best known for playing the hilarious character Chandler Bing on Friends. The actor died at the end of last month aged 54 after being found unresponsive in his hot tub. Share text from Matthew along with backstage photos and footage from FriendsJen wrote:

‘He Made Us All Laugh’
Referring to remaining cast members Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt Le Blanc, and herself, Jen said that it was “always the six of us.”
“He made us all laugh. And laugh out loud. In recent weeks, I’ve been going over our texts with each other. Laugh and cry then laugh again. I will keep it forever. I found a text he sent me out of nowhere one day. It says it all. (See second slide…),” he shared.
