Just like seven years ago, Wahlberg managed to surprise his wife with a mini vow renewal ceremony. An Instagram video shows Wahlberg surprising McCarthy again this year and then shows a montage of photos of the lovebirds throughout the years. Wahlberg And McCarthy Are Real Couple Goals!
The two are known for sharing their love on social media with birthdays, anniversaries, and other loving tributes. Just a few weeks ago, McCarthy shared a video she made for her husband’s birthday with the caption, “Happy birthday to the most amazing, loving, cute, hot as hell husband @donniewahlberg. You light up all of our lives and are a gift to this world.” I love you, sir. ❤️”

McCarthy And Wahlberg’s Love Story Started In 2012 And Is Still Going On
The two first met in 2012 but didn’t start dating until a year later when they had the chance to reconnect. They married in 2014 and joined their families together. McCarthy is mum to Evan, 20, with ex-husband John Mallory Asher and Wahlberg is dad to Xavier, 29, and Elijah, 21, with ex-wife Kim Fey. Wahlberg told Us Weekly in November 2019, “In addition to being the best wife I could ever imagine, she’s also the best stepmom and mom. She’s a great partner and makes it easy, having someone to build a tradition with my kids and it being Jenny is probably the thing which I am most grateful for.”
On the April 2021 episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show,” McCarthy talked about how they have such a good understanding with each other, but she still wants to continue the marriage by going to therapy. “Even Prince Charming and fairy tales don’t come without work,” she said. “I loved him so much as soon as I met him, I was like, ‘How do I not screw this up? I was going to ask him, before we had our first fight, if we could go to therapy together. He might think I’m crazy, but I want to be able to think some tools and know how we both fight.”
