Although a “Blossom” reboot has been talked about for years, nothing seems to have happened until now. In an April 2023 interview with Variety, Mayim revealed that series creator Don Reo is not only preparing a script for a new pilot, but that the entire cast is interested in returning to the show.

“The show was supposed to be Catcher in the Rye about a girl, which is incredible,” Bialik said of the show. “And we want to do an incredible reboot. We want to make one cam.” He also added, “All the actors are on board,” most likely referring to Joey Lawrence, Jenna Von Oy, and Michael Stoyanov, as the three stars made guest appearances on Bialik’s sitcom, “Call Me Kat.”

Unfortunately, “Call Me Kat” was canceled after three seasons, following the death of comedian Leslie Jordan.
