The “Sin City” actress, despite looking sexy and not at all like the mother of three, has made fans look forward to the infrequent videos when she posts teenage-like TikTok dance challenges with her 11-year-old daughter Haven.
The 41-year-old, in a video posted on his Instagram page, twinned with his daughter in a pink tank top and white pants as they danced. The video begins with the two smiling at someone behind the camera before they begin their challenge, with the star chewing gum while her daughter lip-syncs to a silly song.

Alba captioned the video “from the summer archives” and thanked “@realadamrose” for the dance inspiration. The inspiration she thanked in her caption gave her approval with the comment “KILLED,” while fans took to the comments section to drop heart-eye emojis and shoot in support of the fun video.
While the “Fantastic Four” star is loved for her dance moves, her kids don’t seem to think so and have taken to comparing her to other famous faces, as reported by The Blast.

The “Honest Company” co-founder showcased her talents in a TikTok video posted on Instagram, dancing with on-screen heartthrob Zac Efron who went viral while collaborating on a tourism campaign. Alba captioned the video, “That time I got @zacefron to do a TikTok with me in between preps while shooting Craig Gillespie for DubaiPresents.”
He joked that it took him at least an hour to learn it while the “Neighbors” star learned it in two minutes. He also told fans that the video was his first TikTok. However, her children couldn’t figure it out, asking their famous mother how a nerd like her could dance with the “Dirty Grandpa” actor.

On the “Ellen DeGeneres” show, the “Into the Blue” star told the host how excited she was to show her kids the video as soon as she got home from filming. Instead of being as amazed as she thought, her kids said, “Oh, Mom, why is he in the video? Why do you know him? Why are you in front of someone so cool?.”
The “Mechanic Resurrection” actor jokingly admitted that his kids think he’s a nerd and his eldest daughter Honor tells him it’s embarrassing when he tries to prove otherwise. DeGeneres humorously stated that Alba’s children’s speech is exactly why she doesn’t want any offspring.

The Hollywood sensation tells parents that they cannot raise their children alone without help and that there is no wrong or right way to do it. The Blast shared that the “Good Luck Chuck” star revealed that there is no manual for parenting, and that she signed her teenage daughter up for therapy once she hit puberty.
She shared that she attends therapy with her oldest daughter occasionally and plans to start the same with her second daughter. The author explains to Glamor how therapy helps the mother and her child bond. He starts asking them questions about how he can be a better parent to them and keeps communication open.
The “LA’s Finest” star then had to bring her girls and get comfortable with the idea of therapy. He does this by explaining to them what a therapist is, what they do, and how they will be objective when listening because the practitioner is not a family member.
The veteran star also stated that he told them things like, “I’m not perfect. I’m not going to know all the answers, but I want to be a great parent to you. And what you like and don’t like. It’s different from what Your sister likes and dislikes. And I will make mistakes.”
He also makes sure to tell them that they can relax and keep their thoughts off their minds during therapy because they can’t get into trouble as it’s a safe space.
