This past year was filled with many memories for country music singer Jessie James Decker.
Not only is she releasing new music, including her latest single, “I still love you,” with Billy Currington, but she’s facing some of her fears and is one of the contestants competing for the Mirror Ball trophy on the latest season of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Jessie James Decker looks back at 2022, recalling some of the highlights she’s had over the past year — including her time on the ABC reality competition show.
“Had so many amazing moments this year!! One of the highlights was being on @dancingwiththestars and meeting @alanbersten who is family to us,” Decker wrote in the caption. “This was our last dance on the show and one of my favorite routines we did together ?”
Decker’s partner, Alan Bersten, commented on the video, “It’s a great video! And you crushed it!!.” He then commented again, only adding some red heart emojis.
One of Decker’s followers thanked her for being vulnerable on the show, writing, “I love your vulnerability on the show ??.”
Others couldn’t believe the country music singer didn’t win the Mirror Ball trophy. “I can’t believe you guys didn’t win! Amazing,” one follower commented while another chimed in “You’re a natural! The judge below estimates you!”
“I said before, is there anything you can’t do!? Absolutely beautiful and perfect! ♥️,” another Instagram user wrote in the comment section.
Decker Says Goodbye To “Dancing With The Stars”

Unfortunately, the country singer and mother of three had to say goodbye to the competition before reaching the semi-finals. Despite not winning the Mirror Ball, she looked on the positive side when she was eliminated from the show.
“This is one of the scariest things I’ve ever done. It is emotional. It’s challenging. It’s all above, but I’m very grateful for this experience,” he said after the judge decided to send him home.
“I always like to look on the bright side and the bright side is that I can trick or treat my kids on Monday,” she continued explaining that she was eliminated on the Monday before Halloween.
Will Jessie James Decker Return To The Ballroom?

The “Grow Young With You” singer recently attended the CMA Awards and while on the red carpet, she opened up about whether she’ll be returning to the “Dancing With the Stars” ballroom.
“I didn’t think I would [Dancing With The Stars] again,” he told E! Inside, “but I’ll watch it now all the time with the kids. Kids are really hooked now, but no, that’s the only thing for me.”
Although she won’t be competing for the Mirror Ball trophy again, she admits she loved her time on the show. “I love [dancing],” he continued. “It’s really hard. It was an experience I will never forget.”
