According to the “None of Your Concern” hitmaker, he is taking legal action against the creepy fan following numerous attempts to contact him. Despite not having a relationship with this man, the media personality claims she is desperately trying to meet him.
Lees allegedly continued to appear at the Los Angeles native’s concerts and events. However, the 35-year-old man feared for his life and the safety of his loved ones when the stalker broke into his home.
Earlier in August, the man allegedly butted heads with a residential security guard in the Aiko neighborhood. The physical altercation may have occurred after fans stormed through the gated community’s security post and gained access to the singer’s Pacific Palisades home, TMZ reported.
The BET Award winner shares a residence with Sean, their son, and his daughter from a previous relationship. Given Lees refusal to leave the top spot alone, the Los Angeles beauty petitioned the court to stop him from coming within 100 meters of her and her family.
However, a judge reportedly refused to grant his request. Instead, the case will be addressed in a court hearing scheduled for September 14. News of the stalker comes nearly a year after Aiko welcomed her first child with the “Dance (Ass)” hitmaker.
