Looks like Jimmie Allen and his estranged wife Alexis Gale chose to weather the storm of their marriage!
The couple appears to be on the mend in their marriage despite being separated, rumored to be unfaithful, and filing for divorce earlier this year. Allen, who is currently at the center of two sexual-assault lawsuits, may have more than just reconciliation to be happy about.

The country singer took to Instagram this week with a message on her story, which read, “Kingdom’s May crumble, but you will remain if you down to stick it out and don’t let your dreams run away. You have a lifetime, it’s okay if you give up and don’t let your dreams slip away.”
While there is no certainty as to what this post means, we do know for sure that Allen and his wife are back on track with their marriage. This new development came after the birth of their son, who is now their third child together, on September 27, almost six months after they announced their divorce.

Alexis announced the new addition in a beautiful Instagram post featuring a slide of the baby wrapped in a scarf and being held by her sister. The proud mother accompanied the post with a simple caption that read:
“Cohen Ace James, Wednesday, Sept 27, 2023 xo.”
Regarding their ongoing divorce, PEOPLE confirmed from Allen’s rep that the estranged couple have worked things out and are still together. The rep went on to add that the breakup was “never fully seen legally,” meaning they’re still a couple.
Allen and Alexis tied the knot in 2020 and share two daughters, Naomi Bettie and Zara James before they simultaneously announced their third pregnancy and split in April. The couple cited irreconcilable differences in their filings, and Allen later noted that the court consolidated the two filings into one case.
Shocking news of their breakup follows allegations of serious sexual assault against Allen by his former manager in May. In an anonymous filing, her former manager revealed that he raped her, groped her breasts, forced his erect penis against her in public.
She went on to say that the “Down Home” star masturbated in front of her at a hotel and even forced his finger into her vagina in 2021. But it didn’t end there as a second woman also sued Allen for public sexual assault.
He accused her of recording their sexual acts without her consent and continued to have unprotected sex with her after she withdrew her earlier consent. The second victim then filed a police report with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police after the incident.

Allen eventually denied all the allegations leveled against him and filed a counterclaim against his accusers in July. The 38-year-old said in the filing that he needed time to think carefully about his next course of action, hence the delayed reaction.
Six weeks after the charges, defense attorneys stated that Allen had sex with both women. Allen revealed in a statement that he decided to challenge the claim in court for the sake of his reputation because it had caused “severe damage” to his family, mental health and business.
According to The Blast, Allen’s legal team described his former manager’s claims as defamatory, including his Variety statements, which are outrageous and have no place in civilized society.
The document also revealed that Allen ended his affair with his former manager in the fall of 2022 to focus on settling things with his wife. In a second counterclaim, “Best Shot” asserts that his second accuser stole his phone and claims that he wrongfully committed a different act of possession over his personal property.
He also stated that his two accusers allowed him to record their sexual acts before they took place. Allen suffered a major loss following the allegations when his record label, Patah Bow Records Music Group, dropped him and issued a statement saying:
“BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen. He is no longer an active artist on his roster.”
His agency and publicist also followed him as he went out to face his accusers in court.
