In a major blow to Allen’s career, his record label decided to cut all ties with him permanently following the emergence of new allegations of sexual impropriety. In case you missed it, a second woman has come forward, filing a lawsuit accusing the music star of sexual assault and non-consensual recording of the incident.
This legal battle adds to the mounting challenges facing the artist, who was previously accused of sexual activity, assault, sex trafficking and false imprisonment by an undisclosed former manager.
The songwriter’s former record label, Broken Bow Music Group Records (BBR), released a statement that read, “BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen. He is no longer an active artist on his roster.”
Although the “Freedom Is A Highway” hoaxer vehemently denied the initial allegations, deeming them false and extremely dangerous, the recent onslaught of accusations by Jane Doe 2 has dealt a huge blow to his credibility, leaving his reputation hanging in the balance.
In papers filed on June 9, Jane Doe shared details about her alleged encounter with Allen. She claims she was initially unaware of the man’s fame when they met on a flight to Nashville in May 2022.
However, a chat with him triggered his recognition of the TV star, further stating that his bodyguard obtained his phone number on his behalf. She stated that as they continued to communicate long distance, he allegedly expressed his love for her and discussed a potential future together.
The plaintiff also alleged that he assured her that they had separated despite her asking him repeatedly about the marital status of his wife. According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe 2 met Allen in Las Vegas, and the presence of his bodyguard made her feel “comfortable and safe” in the hotel room.
Although the woman admitted to “willingly” joining Allen in the bedroom, she clarified that she did not consent to unprotected sex. Allegedly, her repeated pleas for the man to pull away before ejaculation fell on deaf ears.
He claimed not to realize he had recorded their meeting, deleted the footage and handed the device over to the local police while filing a police report.
