It’s crazy to think some of the most likable, relatable and happiest celebrities have created a workplace where toxicity is allowed.

Inside Rolling stones In a recent published tell-all, several employees (current and former) came forward with horror stories about the “Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” host.
Two current and 14 former Fallon employees spoke about his “erratic” behavior and what they perceived as a “toxic” work environment.
The employees ranged from production crew members to office staff to show writers.
What’s more, they even made the claim that the ‘SNL’ alum has “good Jimmy days” and “bad Jimmy days.”

“No one told Jimmy, ‘No.’ Everyone is walking on eggshells, especially the racers,” said a former employee RS. “You never know which Jimmy we’re going to get and when he’s going to throw a hissy fit. Look how many racers go so fast. We know they don’t last long.”
He has had nine show runners since he took over the nightly talk show in 2014.
The ‘Tonight Show’ employee told RS they were made to feel “belittled and intimidated” by their superiors at work, including Fallon.

The allegations even go so far as to say Fallon appeared intoxicated while on the job in 2017. Another group of workers claimed to have smelled alcohol on the breath of a host in an elevator on separate occasions in 2019 and 2020.
Since the bombshell report was published, Fallon has apologized to staff. In a Zoom call held on Thursday, September 7, he reportedly said, “It’s embarrassing and I feel really bad. Sorry if I embarrassed you and your family and friends.”

Fallon continued, “I never set out to create that kind of atmosphere on the show. I think sometimes I work with the best of the best, you guys are all at the top of the game. I want this show to be fun, it has to be inclusive for all people, it has to be funny, it has to be the best show, the best people.”
Per the staffer who was on the call Thursday, Fallon “felt pretty sincere” in his apology.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Ellen DeGeneres, who was exposed to a toxic work environment in 2020.
Multiple staff members spoke out, and people online revealed their experiences with his alleged unfriendliness.

At the start of her 18th season on air, DeGeneres addressed allegations of a toxic workplace.
“I learned that what happened here should not have happened. I take the matter seriously and I would like to apologize to the people affected. I know that I am in a position of privilege and power and I realize that with that comes responsibility, and I am responsible for what happens at my show,” he said.
He later admitted to claims that many people had been waiting to hear him speak, which centered around Ellen not being the same person behind the scenes as she portrayed on the show, and not living up to her “kind” mantra.
“Actually, I’m the person you see on TV. I’m a lot of other things too. Sometimes I’m sad. I get angry. I get anxious. I get frustrated. I get impatient. And I’m working on all of that,” DeGeneres explained. .

Another Big Grrl by the name of Crystal Williams claims she was fired after sticking up for Lizzo, who allegedly made her dancers too difficult.

He described the 12-hour rehearsals as “horrendous” and would fire the dancers at the end if he wasn’t satisfied with their performance. Davis admitted peeing himself because he was too scared to ask to go to the bathroom.
Lizzo denied the dancer’s claims and released a statement two days after the lawsuit was filed.
“My work ethic, morals and respect have been questioned,” he said. “My character has been criticized. Normally I choose not to respond to false allegations but this is unbelievable as it sounds and is too outrageous not to address.”
Lizzo noted that these particular dancers “have publicly acknowledged that they were told their behavior during the tour was inappropriate and unprofessional.”
