Joe Biden Vows To ‘Be Back Next Year’ As He Marks Black History Month With Stunning Photos

Every February in the United States is considered Black History Month, and President Joe Biden makes sure to mark the period by sharing amazing photos from events at the White House.

On Tuesday, Biden and his Vice President, Kamala Harris, welcomed a large crowd to the White House to celebrate Black History Month.

During the event, the president stated that he would return next year to host another ceremony, subtly referencing his campaign to be re-elected for a second term.

The President of the United States, Joe Biden, shared some amazing photos on his Instagram page on Wednesday, featuring individuals in the White House celebrating Black History Month.

Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, along with their spouses, First Ladies Jill Biden and Douglas Emhoff, looked cheerful in the photos as they were surrounded by various individuals dressed to the nines to mark the historic month.

The photo carousel was captioned, “Happy Black History Month from the White House!”

At the event, Biden subtly talked about his re-election, as he noted that this would not be the last Black History Month celebration he hosts at the White House.

The president told his guests, “We’ll be back here next year,” adding, “This community is why I’m standing here, this community.”

Before the celebration, the White House released a statement touting some of the Biden administration’s accomplishments for the Black community.

The statement read, “Over the past three years, President Biden and Vice President Harris have harnessed the full power of the Federal Government to advance racial justice and equality and ensure America’s promise to all communities, including black Americans, across the country. “

It continued, “With the support of these efforts, black Americans are starting new businesses, creating jobs, buying homes, and taking advantage of increased educational opportunities at historic rates – contributing to a 60% increase in wealth compared to before the pandemic.”

The official White House page also talks about the president’s event for Black History Month. The statement read, “President Biden and the First Lady welcome civil rights leaders, business leaders, educators and artists to the White House to celebrate Black History Month. Our administration is proud to honor the ways Black culture, art and stories have enriched American life.”

After releasing the photos, followers were quick to shower the president with praise for recognizing Black History Month and organizing a celebration at the White House.

One comment read, “Thank you, President Biden, for recognizing the importance of Black history. Black history is American history.”

Another stated, “He’s popular and cool. Joe Biden will succeed in becoming the new US president again. He is a good person!!!!

“JOE JOE JOE JOE JOE! A very large amount [of] increase over the years. Thank you for fighting for freedom, democracy, ending racism, women’s rights, a better economy that works for everyone, and record low unemployment, all time high stocks and bonds! You killing it, bro,” wrote a third person.

A fourth person commented, “This country is great, and it’s great without Trump, and it will be great when Trump is forgotten. Sitting in his own misery he created for himself was his choice and he disregarded the law in the first place.”

Amidst all the praise for the president is criticism from people who have slammed the way the Biden administration is handling the war in the Middle East between Israel and Hamas.
