Former “Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Lindsay Arnold is gearing up for the holiday season.
The 28-year-old admits she loves cooking for holiday parties and shared her new favorite potluck salad recipe.
Lindsay Arnold’s Winter Salad Recipe

The 28-year-old, who is currently pregnant with her second child, took to social media to reveal her new favorite salad — a winter salad with oranges and pomegranate arils and a maille dijon dressing.
“Salad is always my favorite dish to bring to holiday parties,” she wrote in the Instagram caption. “My new favorite is a salad with @mailleus Dijon Mustard. It’s so delicious and always a crowd favorite!”
Arnold shares a recipe for a winter salad, which is as follows:
For the Salad:
- Spinach and Spring Mix Salad (Mix Together)
- Aril Pomegranate
- Sliced oranges
- Bow Tie Pasta (Cooked and Cooled)
- Almonds (Croasted on the Stovetop with Butter and Brown Sugar)
- Crumbled Goat Cheese
For the Orange Honey Dijon Dressing:
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ cup Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoons @mailleus Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon. salt
- A little ground black pepper
- Powder 2 Oranges
Directions:
- Prepare the Honey Dijon dressing by mixing all the ingredients and set aside.
- Assemble your salad and add pomegranate arils, sliced oranges, tie pasta, candied almonds and goat cheese.
- Pour dressing on top and drain, or leave aside to serve yourself!

The “Dancing With the Stars” pro is expecting her second child with husband Samuel Lightner Cusick. The two already have a daughter together, Sage Jill, who was born on November 2, 2020.
Earlier this year, Arnold shared, “Sam and I are so excited to announce we’re pregnant with baby No. 2! “I can’t wait to take you with me on my pregnancy journey and what it means for my new fitness platform, The Movement Club.
The news comes after the 28-year-old revealed she was suffering from fertility problems. “”When you get a positive pregnancy test and then you start your ? a few days later but your sweet daughter is there for you every step of the way …,” she wrote alongside the video in August.
‘Dancing With the Stars’ Break

Just before the latest season of “Dancing With the Stars” began, the professional dancer announced she was leaving the show.
“I want to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of Dancing with the Stars this season,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself, husband and daughter Sage. “This is one of the most difficult decisions to make but in the end I have chosen what I feel is best for myself and my family. DWTS has been a part of my life for over 10 years now and when I say I love the show with all my heart, I mean it!! This show has changed my life forever and will always mean a lot to me.”
She went on to explain the reason behind the decision, writing, “As most of you know my family and I live in UT and in order to do DWTS I had to move myself and my daughter Sage to LA and leave my husband Sam who works full time here in Utah. Logically, there was a lot involved in making this happen and there were a lot of sacrifices that had to be made that unfortunately we just didn’t feel right this time.”
Lindsay concluded by saying she can’t wait to watch the real estate competition show this season and thanked her fans for their love and support.
