Jonathan Majors hits back at one of his victims. He claimed HE was the one who attacked him, bled and harassed him.

The actor recalls an assault case with a New York accuser going a little differently, and seeing as he brought the court into it, he chose to do so as well. Insiders reported that the 33-year-old met with police last week.
The meeting was about the March 25 arrest and the June 20 Manhattan Criminal Court case he had just fought. He filed a complaint accusing the woman of being “drunk and hysterical.” And it is further alleged that his assault caused her pain and bleeding.
He also claimed this was not the first time he had assaulted her and had done so on previous occasions. Majors has also admitted that he got physical with the woman because he had put himself in a messy situation.

PEOPLE reported that an insider shared that Majors claimed the woman was extremely dangerous through a set of questions answered. “Is the suspect capable of killing you or your children?”; “Is the suspect violent and always jealous of you?”; and “Has the physical violence increased in frequency or severity over the past six months?” all of them Majors ticked “yes” for.
He remains charged in the case against him, and the judge wants him to continue to abide by the conditions set for him, including a victim protection order before an Aug. 3 trial date.
Majors has more accusations against the woman, including accusing her of giving away her iPhone and spending between $6,000 – $7,000 on her credit card following the incident.
Majors had proof through his lawyer; he stated, “Within weeks of these false allegations, we provided the District Attorney with proof of Mr. Majors’ innocence. Last week, we presented additional convincing evidence to the District Attorney.”

Majors also claims that he never intended to harm the victim if he did as he claims. He is an attempt to help her at a critical and dangerous time. She allegedly almost fell into traffic, and he pulled her back to save her from the busy streets of New York.
They got into the car, and he had to pull her back in. He admits to catching her but only to lure her back in. She claims he then “grabbed her face, coat and phone” as the row spilled into the streets.
“I was worried that he would be hurt by the traffic. So I physically picked him up and put him in the car,” he went on to share that he was left with significant cuts on his face.

The actor has countered all these allegations with alleged evidence and basically asked the judge to let him go.
“Following this, we request that the District Attorney dismiss all charges against Mr. Majors immediately… While we hope that the District Attorney will review these materials in good faith and will do the right thing soon to expedite our case, we have requested a hearing date IMMEDIATELY.”
