Jonathan Majors is facing another lawsuit as part of the fallout from his domestic violence case.
In December, the embattled actor was found guilty of recklessly causing bodily harm, misdemeanor assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree after an argument with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.
Jabbari has now filed multiple charges against the “Creed III” star while he awaits sentencing for a previous case.

Now, the actor may face another trial, as Jabbari recently filed a new lawsuit alleging battery, assault, and malicious prosecution, among other things, against him in New York federal court.

“After her arrest, Majors immediately mounted an extensive media campaign smearing Grace, claiming that she was ‘absolutely innocent,’ ‘a possible victim,’ that he ‘didn’t attack her at all,’ and that ‘this woman is having an emotional crisis. , for which he was taken to the hospital,'” Jabbari’s suit read.
A previous case was brought against Majors by the state of New York. This allowed Jabbari to file his own charges against the actor, even though they shared similarities.

Jabbari’s lawsuit against Majors comes after two ex-girlfriends accused the actor of physical and emotional abuse during their relationship.
Allegations from Emma Duncan and Maura Hooper, who claimed to have dated Majors, were documented in New York Times report from earlier this year.
Hooper claims in the report that the “Loki” star emotionally abused her. However, Duncan claims that Majors physically abused her and that his actions caused her to become estranged from loved ones.
Duncan says, “You lose your sense of worth. He adds: “At first you feel, ‘Oh, I’m loved, and then you feel, ‘I’m being erased.'”

Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has since denied the allegations of physical abuse in a statement, stating that “this relationship was between young drama students, and it all started with mutual intensity.”

Jabbari’s allegations of public defamation and abuse come in part from Majors’ key interview with ABC, the first since the guilty verdict.
He told his interviewer that he was “shocked” and scared by the jury’s decision and that he planned to appeal it.
“I was standing there, and the verdict came down. I said, ‘How could it be based on the evidence, based on the prosecution’s evidence, let alone our evidence? How could it be?'” Majors said at the time, per Caretaker.
The actor also revealed that he doesn’t know how his ex Jabbari got the cut on his body after their fight.
“I wish to God I knew. That would give me clarity, that would give me some peace about it,” the former Marvel star said, adding that he never hit her during their two-year relationship.
Jonathan Majors’ Sentencing Hearing Was Recently Postponed

For the domestic violence case, Majors is scheduled to be sentenced on February 6. However, it was recently postponed to April 8 after the “Creed III” actor’s lawyers filed several post-conviction motions.
According to reports, the actor could face up to a year in prison when his sentencing date arrives.
The possible prison sentence comes in addition to a series of career losses the actor faced before and after the guilty verdict. The actor was also dropped from his mysterious role as Kang the Conqueror in the MCU, which is expected to reprise in the MCU’s next phase projects, “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” and “Avengers: Secret Wars.”
He has also been removed from the Searchlight project, a biopic about Otis Redding, and two upcoming films, “48 Hours in Vegas” and “The Man in My Basement.”
