The Fast & Furious the franchise star realizes that not everyone in his life is interested in being in the spotlight. While appearing on The Verywell Mind PodcastBrewster spoke briefly about the two children she shares with her ex-husband, Andrew Form.
She quickly caught herself and revealed that she had vowed to stop talking about the people in her life, especially her children, her sons Rowan, 6, and Julian, 9. She usually spoke relying on her “gut” to lead her on what was acceptable. . , but he’s taking a new approach now.

“Recently, my children are growing up; Julian’s 9, Rowan’s 6. And I find that because I like to be brutally honest and veer toward humor, I often talk about them or post about them,” she shared with host Amy Morin, a licensed therapist.
Now he sings a different song. “But I don’t think I will do that because it’s not fair. They did not agree with him. So I will stop it,” he admitted.

The actress has been posting her kids with their faces visible on Instagram for… years. But that will all end with immediate effect. Brewster now consults with her husband, Mason Morfit, when she’s unsure about his decisions and because he’s someone else dragged into her media feed.
“I checked in with my husband because he’s also very honest, but he’s also now being dragged into the public eye because of me.” He continued, “So I checked in with him before this podcast, and I was like, ‘Hey, how do you feel about me talking about this?’ We go to couples therapy sometimes, and he’s like, ‘Yeah, it’s okay.’ But I have to ask if someone agrees or not.”
Brewster, who married Morfit in September, likes that she can bounce ideas off the businessman and that she’s not afraid of her career and what comes with it.

The actress later admitted that being a mother was one of the hardest things she had ever done; he always feels guilty. “I think the mother’s guilt is true. And I also think that society eats it, he said. “I think I’m drawn to people who also struggle with work-life balance, but I think there’s a kind of condescension like, ‘Oh, you’re choosing this over that.'”
She stated that she was not trying to put one thing above the other, but she thought it was inappropriate that, as a woman, she had to choose work over family or vice versa. But Brewster shared that instead of complaining, he’s grateful.
“And then also put everything in perspective and be like, ‘Hey, it’s a luxury to be able to do what I do.”
