It’s no secret that she pushes herself and crushes her workouts at home or at the gym while often sharing videos of her workout routines and instructions on Instagram to teach her followers a thing or two. However, the actress admitted that she may have fallen off her fitness wagon for some time now but also noted that she is back at it after the holidays.

The actress took to her story to share a photo of her toned body to let everyone know that even though she hasn’t been in the gym lately, her figure is still on point. Wearing a gray sports bra and leggings set with a scarf in her hair to tame her hair and big headphones, she showed off her toned abs as she wrote:
“Good post thanksgiving body, but time to lock it up.”
In another four-second clip, she transitions to music in the background to show the angle of her body. As her dog plays around her, she admits that she doesn’t exercise and explains why she isn’t as active as she would like to be, writing:
“It’s hard to find my rhythm, but I need it for my mind… So I’m back, Day 1.”
Indeed, her hard work and determination have paid off based on how great her body looks in her clothes. A perfect example is the outfit the 25-year-old rocked while celebrating his birthday, as reported by The Blast.
The reality TV star reposted two pictures from a fan page as she left little to the imagination, wearing a sexy all-black catsuit designed to look like shredded pantyhose. In the first image, the “Grown-ish” guest star flaunts an extremely ass-flattering off-the-shoulder dress as she leans into the camera, showing off her ample bottom.
The pieces of fabric are made darker in some areas and strategically placed to cover all the right places. In the following image, Woods sits on a red chair as the camera zooms in to catch a glimpse of her signature nude bronze makeup while teasing her lips, looking off into the distance.
Placing her hands on her chest drew attention to the glittering diamond jewelry adorning her neck and flawlessly long fingers as her top bun with curled bangs gave the shoot an old Hollywood feel. Before that, Kylie Jenner’s former best friend posted a picture of herself in the nude to mark the milestone.
Taking inspiration from the famous “Birth of Venus”, she stands in the open shell of an oyster surrounded by soft colors and an image of the ocean behind her. Her only jewelry was a double diamond necklace and drop earrings as she used her hands to cover certain areas.
