On the final slide of her Instagram carousel, Jordyn shared a cropped version of “The Birth of Venus,” painted by Italian artist Sandro Botticelli somewhere between 1484 and 1486. The painting shows the goddess Venus arriving on the beach after her birth after she has emerged from the sea as an adult woman. Fans who want to see the painting for themselves can see it on display at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy.
It has long been believed that Botticelli was commissioned to create “The Birth of Venus” by the Medici family of Florence. Lorenza di Pierfrancesco de Medici was Botticelli’s main patron, although the exact origins of his creation are still debated by art scholars.
Back to Jordyn Woods, she recently celebrated her 25th birthday over the weekend with a French glamor themed party at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Fans can check out her SHEIN rhinestone dress with cutouts as she celebrates in style by clicking here.
