Diddy’s son has officially been charged with DUI after being pulled over by Los Angeles PD for running a red light.

The podcast host was fired on June 4, and now a criminal case has been filed against Combs. The Blast obtained a police report that showed Combs had two misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence and another for having a blood alcohol content higher than 0.08% or more.
Combs will attend a pretrial hearing on August 10. The mogul’s son was spotted around 8am on the morning of the incident. The police decided to take him in because there was enough probable cause to book him for allegedly driving under the influence.
Combs is the son Diddy shared with Misa Hylton, and fans will remember that he became a rapper after his son was arrested and accused of leading him down the wrong path.

Combs bond is set at 5k, and he can pay it himself and get out of jail right after his arrest. Unfortunately, his mother has contacted his father publicly. “I’m not protecting anyone anymore. Only my son,” he wrote.
Adding, “I’m not on any of that reality TV—. When is enough?” He called Diddy.

The fashion designer continued his rant which appeared on his IG Story. “The truth will set you free. I should have kept my son with me … Everybody can get him,” pointing out that Combs, who is 29, was in his father’s custody when it all happened.

“How do you go from one of the greatest ever to making all your money from alcohol and suing the damn alcohol company?” he asked, referring to Diddy’s legal fight with a former business partner over an alcohol brand.

Rapper Bad Boy did not respond to Misa’s allegations. As for Justin, he is at the mercy of the court. The producer, working at his father’s Combs Global, played football at UCLA starting in 2016. He received an athletic scholarship as a defensive back.
Fans will remember that Diddy and crew received backlash for accepting the scholarship, and let’s not forget that Diddy allegedly hated the coach and allegedly swung a kettlebell at him and claimed it was self-defense.
