Rapper Kanye West is facing a scathing lawsuit after a former Yeezy employee accused him of acting inappropriately in front of employees and co-workers.
According to the former employee, West showed lewd images of a female friend to his Yeezy staff and once acted like he was masturbating sexually during meetings.

In the lawsuit, a former employee, Trevor Phillips, alleges that the Yeezy founder showed a staff member a photo of one of his female friends in her underwear and also made fun of herself in front of him once at a meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California.

He then tried to change the conversation by commenting on how “beautiful” actress Zoe Kravitz was, because she was on TV at the time. This comment led West to tell Phillips that he “looked like Kravitz.”

West allegedly tried to explain his statement, saying, “Yeah, you look like him… But, not like that. You’re handsome in a Lenny Kravitz kind of way,” however, the comment still made the employee “uncomfortable” at the time.
“A few moments later while lying on the bed and staring at the ceiling, Kanye began making slow up and down motions with his hand directly above his privates – as if he was m——–,” Phillips alleges in the lawsuit.

According to the former Yeezy employee, after West simulated self-gratification, he then proceeded to brag about how he used to have massive parties with women every day, and because of that, he could no longer lie down without touching himself.
“I used to orgy every day – at least two to three girls. And now, man, I can’t lay down without avoiding it,” West said.
The lawsuit further alleges that West “forcefully and dramatically” grabbed and pulled one of her hands, “making masturbating gestures away from her crotch.”
“I have to keep my hands off my phone to keep me from looking at porn,” West allegedly stated in the middle of the act, according to Phillips, who was “absolutely shocked and upset” by what was allegedly unfolding in front of him.

Phillips claims that West then proceeded to FaceTime the female friend whose pornographic photos he had previously shown his staff, saying: “Next time I see you, you better make sure you’re wearing the underwear and shoes I got you.”
This allegedly caused the then employee to feel “troubled and uncomfortable” again. West’s allegedly inappropriate moment ended up being “interrupted” by Nobu hotel staff.
According to Phillips, he stayed at the hotel until 1 a.m. because he “felt an obligation to his school children,
including his younger brother and also his daughter who both attended the Donda Academy, not only to educate them but also now to protect them.”

As we previously reported, the former Yeezy employee accused West of “extreme discrimination, harassment and retaliation” during his time with the rapper’s clothing company. Phillips also has responsibilities tied to a private Christian school in the West, Donda Academy.
In the legal filing, he claims that West “proudly” shared his anti-Semitic conspiracy theories in front of staff and students and once expressed his desire to “shave” the heads of some children and his intention “to put prisons in schools.”
In addition, Phillips claims that in December 2022, during dinner with West at Nobu Malibu, the “All of The Lights” rapper made statements that insulted Jews, called them “misers” and even went so far as to call Adolf Hitler ” an innovator.” The West also allegedly considered the Holocaust “fake.”

Phillips alleged that West had the ability to engage in “persistent inappropriate behavior” and display “obvious passion.”
“What was meant to be a meeting with his boss about the Donda Academy, its curriculum and horticulture, ended up being antisemitic and bigotry alone—culminating in sexual harassment,” the lawsuit said.
The former employee went on to claim that the West threatened to attack the LGBTQ community and the “Love Lockdown” rapper said Bill Gates was “controlling” gay people.
“Yes, I’ll go for gay! START Jewish, LAST gay!” West allegedly said.
Phillips also accused West of mistreating Black workers, saying that he treated them “worse than White workers” and that he allegedly gave Black campus security guards “orders” to “shave their fear off” or risk losing their jobs.
