Recent reports have revealed that some of Kanye West’s past real estate purchases have been left to deteriorate.
The rapper owns several properties in the US, most of which are either incomplete or appear to have been abandoned.
It follows rumors that he is planning to build a city in the Middle East and is currently recruiting for various positions in the project.

According to Daily MailWest’s once noteworthy collection of properties has seen a significant decline.
One of those properties is the rapper’s $1.5 million estate in Los Angeles, acquired with the intention of housing his Donda Academy. Recent images of the property show that it has been abandoned, its surroundings marred by abandoned shopping trolleys and broken furniture strewn about.
Additionally, West appears to have left behind a one-story home in Hidden Hills, which he strategically purchased across from his ex, Kim Kardashian, in the midst of their divorce.
Reports also indicate that any construction plans on the $14 million Wyoming farm in the West, which was acquired in 2019, appear to have stalled. Although some structures from the early development still stand, they now lie dormant under a thick blanket of snow, a shadow of what was once proposed to provide “affordable housing” in the Midwest states.
The same could be said for West’s sprawling $3 million estate in Casablanca, which he bought in hopes he would help house LA’s rampant homeless population in the 50-foot “Yecosystems.”

Kanye West Allegedly Plans To Build 100,000 Acre City In Middle East

Given the state of real estate, one would think that West has given up on his goal of becoming “one of the greatest real estate developers of all time.” However, recent reports have suggested that may be far from the truth, as the rapper apparently has plans to build a self-sustaining city halfway around the world.
The proposed piece of real estate has been titled DROAM, as claimed in a post by the X account under the name @unreleased_ye. The project aims to create a 100,000-acre site in the Middle East, although the account does not confirm the exact location.
It further claims that the development is currently in Phase 1, and West is actively recruiting project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and builders to participate in bringing its ambitious project to life.

Social media users have speculated that the new project will tragically meet the same fate as his other abandoned projects.
A user X commented, “Dude has like 4 failed real estate projects going on but the Middle East is definitely going to be successful.”
Someone else said, “When you have too much money, too much drugs, and nothing better to do, build a city in the Middle East and abandon the project after a few months because it’s getting boring and takes too much effort at the same time.” same .”
A third user X said, “Sure, but he knows a city won’t be built in three months, right? That’s usually how long his ideas last before he moves on to something else.
Despite sentiments stating that the project was doomed to failure, several individuals threw their support behind the rapper.
“Kanye has plans for a big city in the Middle East. Big dreams, big ego,” said one fan. Another commented, “Kanye’s ambitions seem to know no boundaries; a city of 100,000 acres in the Middle East is no small thing. “
Kanye West Pens Apology To Jewish Community

In the meantime, the West recently shocked the world by apologizing to the Jewish community for its anti-Semitic remarks against them.
Last year, the “Donda” poet came under fire for posting about “Death Con 3 on Jewish People,” which cost him millions of dollars in business deals. He was also recently seen making slurs about Zionists.
In his apology, West said it was not his “intention to hurt or disrespect” the Jewish community with his “unplanned outburst” and that he “deeply regrets any pain” his actions caused.
He added, “I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”
