The wife of the “All of the Lights” rapper received a legal letter from the executive team of the Ye 2020 Committee who were aggrieved. The former Brit Awards winner’s selection body enlists Censori’s help, instructing it to obtain all evidence of the failed campaign.
“We direct you to preserve all evidence in your possession, custody, or control relating, directly or indirectly, to any services you rendered to the Committee or any compensation received from the Committee,” the alleged note obtained by Radar Online is read.
“We are investigating billing for services or expenses not provided by or incurred to further the Committee’s purposes, substantial overbilling, or services provided by non-US citizens who do not have a green card,” the legal letter explained.
Former Brit Award winning committee treasurer, lawyer Devin White, and Bruce Fein are behind the alleged fraud. They aired their grievances, hoping to stop the entertainer’s campaign manager, Milo Yiannopoulos.
According to the plaintiff, the political commentator’s participation in the campaign may be against the law because he is a foreigner. Complying with the Federal Election Campaign Act, his participation is strictly prohibited.
In addition, the Englishman was accused of providing “improper receipts for campaign expenses of $13.5 million”. So what does this have to do with Censorship? White revealed the committee targeted media personalities because of her husband’s lawyer, Bruce Marks.
According to the committee’s former treasurer, the “Praise God” singer’s wife was not on their radar until the Atlanta lawyer warned them not to approach her. White explained: “Bruce Marks sent us an email saying we are no longer allowed to communicate with Kanye and Bianca because he represents both of them in relation to the campaign.”
“So, we know Ye is involved in the campaign — she’s a candidate — we have no reason to believe Bianca has anything to do with the 2020 campaign. Her email alerted us that there might be something there,” the plaintiff argued.

White said he and his team are looking into campaign spending to see if Censori’s name appears on any receipts. Meanwhile, Marks described the legal letter to his client as a “distraction.”
The legal representative claims there is no justification to believe the new Mrs. West has anything to do with her husband’s 2020 campaign. “The letter to Bianca was harassment designed to scare her into thinking that something was wrong,” the lawyer claimed.
