Kate Hudson shared a loving birthday tribute on Instagram to her mother who celebrated her 77th birthday. The “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” actor, 43, shared a carousel of photos featuring him and his children with his actress mother.

“So lucky I get to celebrate my beautiful mom everyday BUT TODAY Nov 21st is the day she was born!,” Hudson began her loving caption. “I wonder if God knows what has been created in the stars to create this radiant light? I think it’s no coincidence that he shares another world’s lust for life and a happy spirit.”
Hudson continued her beautiful tribute to her mother with, “Don’t be fooled, my mother has a depth that reaches far beyond a lifetime of tiptoeing. Goldie Hawn Attends The Premiere Of Kate Hudson’s New Movie Last Week
Just last week, the famous mother-daughter team appeared together at the Los Angeles premiere of Hudson’s new film, “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.” While talking about the new film at the premiere, Hudson told PEOPLE that she credits her parents Hawn and Kurt Russell for equipping her with a built-in “bull—- detector.”
“That’s what happens when you grow up with two movie stars as parents. Your bull—- the detector is here, you see everything,” he explained. “When you’re a kid, you’re like, ‘That person is full of s—, that person is full of s—,’ and I think that works really well when you’re doing a murder mystery.”
