Kathryn Hahn Commends Elizabeth Olsen’s Patience During Her 40 Minutes Pee Breaks On The Set Of ‘WandaVision’

“Bad Moms” actress Kathryn Hahn recently praised Elizabeth Olsen for her guidance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and her patience during extended pee breaks. Hahn joins the MCU in 2021 as Agatha Harkness in “WandaVision.”

Actors usually have to get used to some things in the MCU that are much different than when shooting non-superhero movies. In addition to the fact that most of the main characters wear complex costumes, often, the actors are expected to give impressive performances in scenes that are very different from the results depicted on screen.

According to Hahn, Olsen was there for him through those moments and showed him how to handle the experience. The actress also revealed that Olsen was very patient with her when she had to take long breaks to relieve herself.

Transitioning from shooting regular movies into the MCU isn’t easy for anyone; however, according to Hahn, Olsen helped him through it. The actress attended Diversity The Power of Women event, which took place in Los Angeles, and shared a few moments with the Marvel cast on set.

While introducing Olsen as a Lifetime honoree at the event, Hahn described her as “very patient,” especially when dealing with her co-stars who often take long breaks to relieve themselves. The comedian explained that her outfit was so detailed that getting out of it required a lot of effort.

The “We’re the Millers” actor said he thinks Olsen is the epitome of “PAUSE: Postpone Action Unless Calm Comes” and he weighed his options before making a decision.

Hahn said, “He won’t press send. He will not rush to judge. He weighed and held both sides. He doesn’t talk shit. He listened. He just stuck to his own space.”

Kathryn Hahn in ‘WandaVision’

Hahn’s first entry into the MCU was in “WandaVision” as the evil witch, Agatha. The character is the show’s villain and manipulates Olsen’s character, Wanda Maximoff, in an attempt to gain Scarlet Witch’s powers.

The series follows Wanda through the grief and trauma of her life and is the setting for many famous sitcoms such as “Malcolm in the Middle,” “I Love Lucy” and “The Brady Bunch.”

“WandaVision” is rooted in the MCU backstory of Olsen’s character, Wanda, as well as her time with Hydra and her history with Vision, played by Paul Bettany. The character’s death at the hands of Thanos (Josh Brolin) in “Avengers: Infinity War” was also a major factor. The series was the first MCU show released on Disney+ and paved the way for several others.
