In response to this, some members of the US Congress wondered why the website dominated ticket sales and called for an investigation. Tennessee attorney general Jonathan Skrmetti announced that he would begin an investigation into the ticket site’s possible antitrust violations.
However, the ticketing giant is not the only site responsible for screening access in the industry. But since the company entered into a relationship with Live Nation in 2010, it has taken over a large portion of the ticket market. Other lawmakers such as Rep.
