Keke Palmer continues to shed light on her struggles amid a domestic violence case and her custody battle with ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson.
The actress, who admitted to being less informed about the unhealthy partnership than reality, recently agreed to court-ordered mediation with Jackson, prompting a delay in the domestic violence trial.

Palmer’s cryptic post comes weeks after pouring her heart out on her podcast “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer” with her mother Sharon Palmer, and therapist Dr. Drew Pinsky. The episode titled “How to Deal with Abusive Relationships, Borderlines and Narcissism” had Palmer reveal that she thought everyone’s relationship would look like her parents’ healthy marriage.

Palmer And Jackson Agree To Third-Party Mediation In Their Court Case
Earlier this month, Palmer and her baby daddy reached an agreement on their legal battle. The domestic violence case, which was set to go to trial on December 5, was postponed after Palmer and her ex-boyfriend agreed to try mediation.
The Blast confirmed that a judge ordered both parties to “Participate in Mediation” in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The “True Jackson” actor’s legal team stated in their adjournment application letter that their client and the respondent both “simultaneously filed a Stipulation and Order to continue the Court’s Order to Participate in Mediation currently set for November 29, 2023, and Request Petitioner for a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, which is currently set for December 5, 2023, to allow the parties time to attend mediation. The parties request that Petitioner’s Mediation and DVRO continue on a mutually agreed upon date.”
Palmer’s legal team also attached a temporary restraining order granted by the court to the stay request and added that both parties must comply with all orders in the document.
