Keke Palmer’s battle with her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Darius Jackson, has taken a new turn with the involvement of her brother, Sarunas Jackson.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Darius’ brother Sarunas filed two restraining orders against Keke and her mother, Sharon Palmer, accusing them of “harassment.”

Sarunas, best known for her role on HBO’s “Insecure,” filed a request for a temporary restraining order against Keke, seeking protection for herself, her mother, her father and her brother (not Darius.)

According to the filing, she claims Keke harassed her on January 11 when Darius’ lawyer received an email with false allegations about her. “He has made foul allegations that I have sexual abuse claims against me when I do not,” she wrote, describing the harassment. “I have never done such a thing. He has gone to the media & has used his celebrity [sic] to lie openly [sic] my family and myself, which resulted in death threats by people [sic].”
Sarunas claims he has emails to prove Keke’s false claims, claiming his false claims have resulted in “knocking on our door from strangers.”
Although the Internet personality stated that Keke never threatened her with a gun or weapon, or caused her any harm as a result of his harassment, she claimed that he stalked her friends and family.
“He has harassed and stalked my friends and family on social media,” the filing alleges. “He has contacted people who are in contact with me to lie [sic] my family and I. Has caused career damage.”
The court document continued, “He has lied numerous times and has tried to lure people around me into his web of lies.” Sarunas wants the “True Jackson, VP” alum to stay at least “150 yards” away from him, his family, his home and his workplace. He also wants the court to order Keke not to “talk publicly or privately about me or my family.”
In addition, he wants the actress to cover court costs and her lawyer’s fees. As for Sarunas’ restraining order against Keke’s mother, Sharon Palmer, the actress claims he threatened her and her family.

“He [Sharon] has made threats to my family involving shooting & rape. I have audio recorded by my brother to prove it,” claims the actor who plays Alejandro ‘Dro’ Peña in the Issa Rae series. “He has lied openly[sic] me and my family, so we are now receiving death threats.”
He added, “He threatened to put a bullet in my brother’s head and said to me and my family, ‘We don’t know who we’re dealing with.’ He also threatened to rape us.” Sarunas wants the same conditions imposed for Keke’s mother — 150 yards and refraining from talking about her and her family publicly.
Sarunas’ restraining order comes a month after his brother Darius responded to Keke’s earlier domestic violence filing of a request for a TRO. In Darius’ filing, he claims that the “Hustlers” actor was the “primary aggressor” and “engaged in abusive behavior throughout their two-and-a-half-year relationship.”
Darius claims his son’s mother subjected him to physical and verbal abuse, including allegedly punching, choking, and hitting him on multiple occasions, as listed with specific dates in the document.
In one particular instance, she asserted that her ex “made over 200 calls and sent over 50 emails” after she informed him she would not spend the night with him in November 2021. She shared that she changed her phone number in March 2022 to avoid allegations of “harassment and threats ” he.

He remembered the incident on August 20, 2021 when Lauren punched Darius in the face at the birthday party.” Just two months later, she claimed that Palmer “grabbed” her arm to prevent her from leaving her home. The 30-year-old further revealed that Keke harassed him with phone calls and text messages.
Keke also allegedly choked and used derogatory terms to her son’s father, such as “b–ch, punk a–, and loser,” according to court documents.
All cases are now in the hands of an LA District Court judge.
