Kelly Clarkson, winner of the first season of “American Idol” and artist of such hits as “Underneath The Tree,” “Since U Been Gone,” and “Because of You,” has been the victim of a stalker.
The 40-year-old television host recently contacted the Los Angeles Police Department to get involved because intruders have been leaving strange gifts on Clarkson’s property for the past month.
Now, Clarkson got a restraining order.

The “Breakaway” singer is now seeking a restraining order to protect her son, daughter, house manager and nanny.
According to the documents obtained by The Blast, “All these individuals either live with me or spend a lot of time in my house and outside the house. In addition, all these individuals spend a lot of time with me when I am in the office, on television and/ or movie sets, recording studios and other places.”
Clarkson also sought protection for Patricia Farrow, her manager who worked at the house.

Kelly Clarkson said she did not know the person and that she had been harassed over the period between October 26 and December 6.
In a statement from Michael Lopez, who has been responsible for Kelly’s personal security since 2027: “On or about October 26, 2022, I became aware of an individual who had left 11 specific items and a note, possibly for Ms. Brianne, at the front gate of Ms. Brianne’s home .”
Lopez continued:
“After that time, I have become aware of 17 additional occasions where this individual returned to Ms. Brianne’s property, and either left other items purported to be gifts, along with a possible note for Ms. Brianne, or drove to Ms. Brianne’s home. . On each of those occasions, including the first visit on October 26, I reviewed the video footage of this individual either at Ms. Brianne’s home or driving by her property. On November 21, 2022, at approximately 2:27 pm, Ludwin Munoz, who also works in security for Ms. Brianne, confronted this individual, and advised him that we saw him on camera, that he was on private property and that we would like to he stopped coming to the property. He told her three separate times that he was trespassing. He apologizes, and tells her that he understands. However, he returned to, or drove through, the property on twelve separate occasions after the warning.”

Mr. Lopez said he tracked when the individual visited Clarkson’s home, complete with date and time, and if the security footage captured video or still photos.
“I have compiled a chart with columns for the date of each visit by this individual, the time of the visit, whether the image was from a videotape or a still image, a still image from a video or photograph, a description of the items left by this individual on Ms. Brianne’s property, and notes about the visit, including a specific note that this individual will leave for Ms. Brianne. I also included a picture of this individual and some notes and his ‘gift’,” he continued.
According to the document, “On each of those occasions, this individual either walked home or drove a Mazda Tribute SUV, with an Oregon license plate. His visit on December 5, 2022, at 5:08 p.m. was particularly troubling, as he apparently followed Ms. Brianne, who drove home with their babysitter.”

Declarant Ludwin Munoz, who was on duty at the Kelly home, also spoke about the stalker, saying:
“On November 21, 2022, I recognized this individual vehicle, which stopped and stopped in front of Ms. Brianne’s driveway. I rushed out of Ms. Brianne’s house to confront her as she exited her vehicle. I told him that he was not allowed on the property, that we had him on camera, that it was private property, and that we wanted him to stop.
