Ripa and Consuelos have been under fire ever since they started “Live with Kelly and Mark,” a revamped version of “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” per Page Six.
This time, fans slammed the duo for putting too much PDA on the show, with many on social media expressing their displeasure at the gesture.
One Twitter user questioned why Consuelos kept touching Ripa during the second episode of “Live”, saying that she did it “more times in TEN minutes than Ryan [Seacrest] do it in a week!”
Another said that Consuelos was not really playing his true self, blaming his relationship with his wife.
“Like you two. Being together on the show seems a bit awkward. It’s like Kelly has Mark henpecked, and he can’t really express himself. And Mark is too mushy with Kelly,” the fan said.
Another fan said, “Less 27-year-old married couple – MORE co-workers/morning talk show hosts. Please stick to hot topics and pop culture.”

The latest negative comments come after the show received a lot of criticism following its debut episode. Some of the criticism included accusations that the married couple engaged in “fake pranks” and were not lively.
Ripa was also chastised for frequently interrupting Consuelos as she recounted their recent romantic outing in Central Park.
“We used to run through the park, but now we —” Consuelos said, before Ripa quipped, “We used to chase each other.” Consuelos continued, “We saw some people we used to see running and they were now walking too.”
But Ripa again jumped in, “It’s so funny, I don’t know if it’s our age or our knees, whatever it is.”

While most fans may not be thrilled that Ripa and Consuelos are working together, the “Riverdale” alum seems to be enjoying her new role.
“This show today really feels like home,” said the actor during an interview with US Weekly. “I’ve always felt comfortable with Kelly, but [working] together this morning felt so right.”
Consuelos went on to say that being with his wife “always” makes him feel “calm” and that he’s “lucky we get to do it every day” through the new role.
He also stated that he is looking forward to seeing the new heights they will reach in the future.
Meanwhile, Ripa praised her husband for what she deemed an “amazing” debut. He said, ‘He’s a natural, and I have a good feeling this is going to be great for a while.’
Mark Cousuelos Replaces Ryan Seacrest

Consuelos replaced Seacrest who left to focus on his role as co-host of “American Idol,” hosting “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” on KIIS-FM.
At the time, the media personality also revealed plans to pay more attention to his charity work.
“I will be transitioning from Live this Spring to film American Idol season 21 in LA…and devote my summer to opening three more Ryan Seacrest Foundation Studios at children’s hospitals around the country,” he wrote.
Seacrest also left the door open for future guest appearances on new versions of the show.
She added, “I look forward to returning to guest host in the future, and Kelly, I promise to share my food, egg, and olive oil photos with you forever. And congratulations to my brother Mark, please makeover my dressing room!”
