It didn’t take long for Kelly Ripa to make fans gawp at her toned workout bod when trainer Anna Kaiser snapped a quick photo of her via Instagram last week. The 52-year-old talk show host looked super toned in a tiny bra top as she took a break from her workout session, and fans who noted that Kelly is “8%” body fat might not be far off! Kelly is known for her super slim figure and muscular frame. This photo reminds fans that Life! star has abs that can literally grate cheese. Kelly has also been featured in an in-depth workout profile this month, which outlines her regular routine and also shouts out trainer Anna.

Wearing a sheer black bralette that showed off her enviable stomach, the mother-of-three flashed a relaxed smile as she stood next to Anna, who snapped a selfie in front of a giant studio mirror and near a wooden ballet barre. Looking stylish, Kelly also styled a sporty black-and-white jacket from Adidas, with an unzipped finish and completed her activewear look with black, white and gray printed leggings.

Rocking her locks lightly swept back into a low bun, Kelly rested her hands on her hips as she showed off her pearly whites, with fans also spotting a hint of her white shoes. Meanwhile, Anna showed off her toned frame in a pale tank top and sweatpants. The gallery includes many other women who have attended classes at Anna Kaiser Studios. In the caption, coach Kelly wrote: “When the whole team got the memo on the studio selfie >>> ??.”

Says He Has a ‘Peter Pan’ Body
Kelly is known for her petite frame, toned muscles and killer sense of humor, something that came out in 2019 when she opened up to Deductions.
“I spoke to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier you are. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” revealed Kelly .
“I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is a cardio-based dance class — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends,” added the wife of Mark Consuelos.
Jaw-Dropping In Swimwear
The Instagram photo above is not a throwback! Kelly posed poolside and in a strapless swimsuit earlier this month while also making it #couplesgoals with husband Mark.
