Kelly Ripa Shows Off Flexibility With Her ‘Downward Frog’ Yoga

Kelly Ripa proved successful earlier this year when she showed off her yoga moves with husband Mark Consuelos. The talk show queen, 52, wowed her Instagram followers with a photo straight from Life! set, and it’s a couple’s vibe, plus exercise. Showing off her toned 50+ body, Kelly flaunted a stylish leggings look as she sat on top of hubby Mark, who even nicknamed her position “frog”. Fans seem to have mixed opinions since actor Mark replaced Kelly’s former host Ryan Seacrest on morning TV, but it looks like they’re here for this photo.

Keeping Super Fit

Kelly trained as a dancer, and it looks like she’s kept her flexible skill set.

The bubbly blonde was filmed with a big smile on her face as she slightly squatted over Mark, who was lying in front of her and on the studio set’s yoga mat. Kelly has her legs on either side of Mark as he chisels and also his glutes. The mother-of-two is always practical in dark leggings with a cropped hem, also matched with a simple black T-shirt.

Wearing her hair blonde and wearing subtle make-up, Kelly also placed her hand on Mark’s head as she told fans:

“Teamwork!!! It’s hard to know where one begins and the other ends.”

The Secret of Her Jaw-Dropping Body

Kelly is known for staying fit and that’s without living in NYC and running around town all day. The pint-sized star has opened up about her diet and exercise, and the latter certainly varies.

“I talked to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier you are. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” said Kelly Deductions back in 2019.

the former All My Children star continued: “I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is a cardio-based dance class — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 pm And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so beautiful.” Also a fan of SoulCycle is British fashion designer Victoria Beckham.

Kelly also sticks to an alkaline diet and loves avocado on toast. Yup! He’s in it for the good fat.
