He wrote per ComicBook.com, “He will be greatly missed not only by the cast of the series but by his legions of fans around the world.” Conroy is best known for his voice acting role as Batman in the popular 90’s animated series “Batman: The Animated Series” and his subsequent voice acting role as the Caped Crusader.
Conroy soon became the voice of the Dark Knight, and he later made a live-action appearance as an older Bruce Wayne in The CW crossover “Crisis on Infinite Earths.” Some of his other live action roles as Batman were in Matlock, Dynasty, and Murphy Brown.
