According to a new report, the mother-of-three reportedly feels inadequate with what she’s got and wants to make her ex the “laughing stock of Hollywood.”
Baumgartner filed for divorce in May 2023, after 18 years of marriage to the “Yellowstone” star. In the filing, the reason for the split was listed as “irreconcilable differences.”

It seems that Baumgartner is hoping that things will turn in her favor during the divorce proceedings and that the judge will throw out the prenup she signed when she married Costner in 2004.
However, it turned out to be the other way around after Costner’s lawyers withdrew, including arguing that the actor would no longer receive a large amount for leaving the “Yellowstone” series.
Ultimately, the prenup was upheld, and Baumgartner’s requested child support was cut from the original $248k to $63k. With Baumgartner losing several court battles with Costner, he was allegedly advised by his lawyers to “cut bait and run” by settling out of court.

At the time, representatives of the “Yellowstone” cast also released a statement informing the public that the two had decided to end their 18-year marriage.
“It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have occurred that have forced Mr. Costner to participate in the dissolution of marriage,” the statement said.
Adding, “We ask that her, Christine’s and their children’s privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time.”
