The “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer married K-Fed in 2004 and finalized their divorce in 2007. They now share two teenage sons: Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15.
After previously talking about how Britney’s son doesn’t see her now, it seems the former backup dancer has more to say about Britney’s conservatorship.

Kevin Federline Says He ‘Still’ Feels Bad About Britney Spears’ Conservatory
MEGA
In a new interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes (via TMZ), Kevin Federline said that he was “sad” for Britney during her 13 years of suffocating conservatorship. “I really am,” he said. “I still feel bad.”
He also doubled down on claims that Britney’s two sons were avoiding him, saying it had “been months since they’d seen him.”
He also discussed the difficulties of raising them during Britney’s convalescence, saying, “Boys, boys, boys, I have to worry about them. I can’t get involved.”
It’s unclear what she has to leave behind, whether it’s Britney’s relationship with her son or the legal battles surrounding her conservatorship.

K-Fed Claims It’s Been ‘Months’ Since Britney Has Seen Her Kids

In a new interview with the Daily Mail published earlier this month, Kevin Federline revealed that Sean and Jayden haven’t seen their mother “in months.”
“The boys have decided they are not seeing him now,” he said. “They haven’t seen him in months. They decided not to go to his wedding.” Britney married her long-term boyfriend, Sam Asghari, in June, but her two sons were absent.
“All of these things are hard to watch, harder to live with, harder to see my kids go through than anything else,” K-Fed continued. “It’s tough. It’s the most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my life.”

Kevin Federline Claims His Son Won’t See Him Because of His NSFW Instagram Posts
Twitter | Britney Spears
Kevin Federline told the Daily Mail that part of the reason the boys avoided their mother was because of her NSFW social media posts. Britney has deleted her Instagram account, although she has taken to Twitter to share NSFW photos and videos following the release of her first song in six years, “Hold Me Closer,” with Sir Elton John.
“I tried to explain to them, ‘Look, maybe that’s another way he’s trying to express himself,'” Kevin explained. “But that doesn’t take away from the fact of what it does to them. It’s hard.” He added, “I can’t imagine what it’s like to be a teenager who has to go to high school.”
However, Britney’s new husband, Sam Asghari, has hit back at the claims, saying that Britney has “never” posted a nude selfie.

Sam Asghari Stands Up For Britney Spears: ‘There Is No Validity In Her Statements’
Instagram Stories | Sam Asghari
A few days after K-Fed posted his statement in the Daily Mail, the Iranian actor took to his Instagram Stories to write a scathing response to Kevin Federline’s initial comments.
“To clarify my wife has never posted a nude selfie except for her relatively modest butt today,” he began. “All other posts are implied nudity [which] can be seen in any advertisement for lotion or soap.”
“There is no validity in his statement regarding children staying away and it is irresponsible to make that statement publicly,” he said. “The boys are very smart and will be 18 soon to make their own decisions and may finally realize the hard part is having a father who has not worked much for over 15 years as a role model.”

“Kevin’s gravy train will end soon [which] may explain the timing of this painful statement,” he said. “I don’t know him personally and have nothing against him other than that [choosing] to discredit my wife.”
“His character is revealed with a cruel 13-year consent [conservatorship] and his loyalty to [Jamie Spears, Britney’s father] showed his approval at the time of his conception as well,” he wrote. “Things that are now considered normal issues and behaviors that are easily addressed with therapy or other means have been magnified to justify a 13 year prison sentence.”
“Anyone who approves it is wrong or benefits from it,” he concluded. “I’m not going to comment on this any more except to say I have a job.”
