In March, TikTok food commentator Keith Lee shared a video of a cryptic phone conversation between him and star Kevin Hart. Nearly two months later, Lee fans now know the context of that call and the amazing opportunity Hart offered Lee.
In two new TikTok videos, Lee’s followers can see her checking out Hart’s restaurant, Hart House, and meeting the actor in the process.

Although Lee’s followers didn’t know the context of the call between him and Hart when he first shared the news, everyone was excited about the opportunity. Now, fast forward over a month from that call to now, and Lee’s followers know what that call meant – Hart invited Lee to check out his vegan restaurant, Hart House.
“On March 26th, Kevin Hart called me and asked me to try his restaurant,” Lee began the video. The video then shows a phone call between the two. With Hart on the other end of the phone, followers can now hear the full conversation.
“And now we’re about to open our third one. I did it like Sunset and Hollywood, across the street from Chick-fil-A,” Hart was heard saying on the phone. “Do you do, like, fully what you do and good or bad, we’re willing to live with it, take the gamble.”
Lee explains that Hart’s restaurant is all vegan food, and that’s not something Lee likes. And even though he’s been vocal about the fact that he’s not a fan of vegan food and said he’ll be 100 percent real about whether he thinks the food is good or not, Hart still plays along.

“The number one thing I’m concerned about, other than this vegan food, is this place on Sunset Boulevard,” Lee said. “Vegan food on Sunset Boulevard in California must be crazy expensive. They put this food in front of me for under $15.”
He then explained that he got a salad recently that cost $20, so this surprised him because he had never been anywhere in the area and didn’t spend much.
Lee started with fries, which he said he was very picky about.
He loves the fries saying, “Fries are really fast food, very flavorful, like they put a lot of salt on these.” He rated the fries an 8.9 out of 10, which is high praise from Lee.

Then it’s time to try the deluxe hot and crispy vegan chicken sandwich. One bite is all it takes for Lee to be hooked. He was shocked because he was eating a vegan chicken sandwich.
“If you give me that and you don’t tell me it’s vegan, I don’t know,” she said. “No idea. Unlike most vegan food I’ve eaten, the texture really pleased me. really spicy It’s crunchy. It’s crunchy. It takes like a chicken sandwich. Compared to other fast food chicken sandwiches I’ve had, it’s very high. I really can’t believe I’m saying this.”
He later rated it a 9.3 out of 10. Anyone who is a loyal follower of Lee knows how difficult it is to get such a high rating.
Lee continues his video with reviews of tater tots, Hart House sauce, iced tea, and Oreo milkshakes.
“A lot of Oreo milkshakes taste the same, but this one is more chocolate-forward than vanilla-forward,” he said. “A lot of milkshakes I have are like, just straight vanilla ice cream with a little Oreo. It’s all Oreos with some ice cream.”
He ended his video with a message for Hart.
“I don’t know what you’re doing at Hart House, Kev, but you are,” he said. “That’s what you did. I can’t believe I gave anything higher than a 9. I really can’t.”

The video shared on TikTok received more than 10 million views in just a few hours. Lee’s followers were excited by his comments and took to the comments to share their thoughts and jokes.
“Wow, Kevin Hart finally made it after this review. Well done,” wrote one follower. Another added, “This Kevin Hart guy might make it!”
Popular TikToker Elyse Myers also had a comment for Lee. “Keith I can’t tell you how proud I am of you. Every opportunity you receive is a good result. You make the world a better place!”

In a follow-up video, Lee shared the interaction that took place with Hart after his comment.
“Listen, I care a lot about relationships, I care about moments. I stepped out of the car and I didn’t know where it was going to go,” Hart said.
“I said I’m calling my man because he’s doing amazing things for food and I said I really want someone’s opinion that people are held to such a standard these days. So I called Keith and he said, ‘Kev, I’m coming, I’m doing it.'”
Hart further explains that he doesn’t want to be there when Lee tries the food, and he crosses his fingers and closes his eyes. He wanted a real reaction and was grateful that Lee gave it away.
“I appreciate what you’re doing, and the response people are giving you is just right,” Hart told Lee.
“Many follow your taste to heaven, brother. I bow to a man who positions himself as the new king of taste.”
