The Good American co-founder hasn’t had ANY work done except for a nose job, which she admits she loves.
Although many people say she has undergone several surgeries, Koko owes her ever-changing appearance to a good makeup artist.

Khloe reposted a photo collage from Andrew Fitzsimmons. The collage features more than a dozen photos of Khloe.
“We made some appearances,” Fitzsimmons captioned the photo.
Khloe then made her own comment, “They call me Chameleon.”

The new mother of two has been vocal about her face change.
If you’ve been following the Kardashians since they hit the scene in 2007, you’ll know that Khloe doesn’t receive the best comments online.
In the early days of their reality TV careers, she was often labeled the “fat sister,” and her weight became a major topic of tabloid discussion.
Her face has come under a lot of scrutiny over the past decade with many saying she has had a complete plastic overhaul.
Khloe’s face seems to be constantly changing, but she just attributes it to weight loss and a good makeup artist.

No Plastic Surgery Here

Since giving birth in 2018, Khloe has lost a lot of weight which also plays a big role in her appearance.
The Good American co-founder recently appeared on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast with Amanda Hirsch.
As you may remember, Kim Kardashian appeared on the podcast back in April.
Hirsch described the episode as, “I went back to CALABASAS to sit down with the one and only Khloé Kardashian to discuss her life as a single mom, finding out about Tristan from Kim, why her anxiety got worse, why she started Good American, if she’s going to be the host’ SNL,’ whether she’s open to dating, if she’ll date a rockstar type, and what it’s like living next door to her mom.”
Khloe has been very open about how social media and online hate has affected her anxiety.

“When we first started the show, there was no social media. There was Myspace, then Twitter and then came,” he said. “I like to miss the old me. I miss like, how I overthink everything now, when like back in the day, things used to be more fun.”

Although Koko can still receive comments online, there is one rumor about her that is very disturbing.
“It used to bother me when people [saying] I have had 12 face transplants. I was like, ‘Oh my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,’” he told Hirsch. “It doesn’t bother me. It offends me.”

Khloe Has Only Had One Surgical Procedure
Khloe still insists the only plastic surgery she’s had is ONE nose job, which she had open. The reality TV star also has no clue where the rumor came from and how it started spreading.
“I can’t understand why people think that. I have a nose job that I like. Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t mind lying about it,” she said. “But the transplant thing, I just want to understand why.”
In true Khloe fashion, she downplayed the situation, adding, “It’s going to sound amazing later, but right now, I’m fine.”
Interestingly enough, this isn’t the first time Khloe has talked and joked about getting a new look.

Back in 2020 during a different podcast appearance, Koko joked about her ‘five faces.’
Khloe appeared on the “Emergency Relationship” podcast with hosts Simon Huck and Melissa Gray Washington.
Huck is a best friend of the entire Kardashian-Jenner family.
During the podcast, Khloe joked about how she met Huck.
Khloe said, “I’m Nicole Richie’s assistant, and you’re Jonathan Cheban’s assistant and we met like five faces ago. Jess I don’t know if you remember me but it was so many faces ago!”
Five faces, 12 faces… I guess we’ll never know Khloe’s secret to her ever-changing face!
