The past few years have been pretty tough for Khloe personally. Her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, fathered a child with Maralee Nichols in 2021 while he and Khloe were in a committed relationship.
Before Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against the NBA player, Khloe and Tristan worked with a surrogate to welcome another child together.
They share their daughter True Thompson and welcomed a baby boy via surrogate in July 2022.
Tristan’s constant cheating has been a major storyline throughout their relationship.

Days before Khloe gave birth to True in April 2018, Tristan was caught on camera canoodling and making out with two women at a nightclub.
He also cheated on Khloe with Kylie Jenner’s ex-best friend, Jordyn Woods, in February 2019.
The NBA player was also called out by social media influencer Sydney Chase for hooking up with her while he was with Khloe in 2021.
KK and TT broke up several times during their six-year relationship.
In addition to their breakup, Tristan reportedly proposed to Khloe not once, but twice.
She revealed this during an episode of “The Kardashians” on Hulu.

The NBA player allegedly proposed in December 2020, and rumors of their engagement swirled following a photo he posted to Instagram.
Buzzfeed reported that he proposed in December 2019 when they were not officially together.
Khloe did not accept Tristan’s proposal, because she did not feel “proud” to tell her family.
During the September 2022 episode, Kim and Khloe were having a heart-to-heart, and the creators of SKIMS released the statement.
The recorded content took place in February this year, two months after Tristan welcomed a child with another woman.
“The fact that he proposed and you never told us…” Kim said. “I will never forget Tristan calling me. He will propose to her on Valentine’s Day (2021) which is like a year since their drama. So, this is the last Valentine’s Day.”
When she didn’t get a call from Khloe or Tristan after Valentine’s Day 2021, Kim called the basketball player and asked what was going on.
“I was like ‘Hey, I haven’t heard anything from Khloé … did you propose?!’” Kim recalled their conversation. “And he was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I did it in December.'”

Khloe explained that she was not “comfortable with this [engagement] now, because I’m not excited to tell my family.”
“I said, ‘I have to make sure that this is a completely different relationship, because I want to be proud to say I’m engaged to anyone!'” she recalled telling Tristan. “And that’s why I said, ‘You know, I’m not comfortable accepting this right now, because I’m not excited to tell my family.'”
Looks like things are changing for Khloe, as she reportedly accepted his proposal in February 2021. She’s keeping it a secret.
It is unclear if he received the Valentine’s Day 2021 proposal or if the proposal took place days or weeks after February 14, 2021.
Insiders tell Buzzfeed that Koko secretly accepted his proposal a month before he cheated on Nichols and subsequently got her pregnant.

During the confessional, Khloe explained how she and Tristan have been together for six years and they’ve grown to be good friends.

Buzzfeed also reported that they were still engaged when Khloe found out about his paternity scandal involving Nichols.
Everything for Tristan and Khloe crashed and burned in November 2020 when Nichols sued the NBA player in the state of California.
He claims they had sex in March 2021 following his 30th birthday (a party Khloe planned and attended), and that’s when she got pregnant.
Tristan countersued in the state of Texas hoping to pay less in child support. A judge dismissed his case, and a paternity test later proved he WAS the father.
