She admitted she wasn’t ready to talk about her second child when she got a call from Kim Kardashian about Tristan’s paternity scandal.
What wasn’t shown in the first season was Khloe rudely telling Kim she needed to talk off camera.
He told Kim about the embryo transfer the day Kim told him about the TT paternity scandal.

“It’s a different experience… I think…. Time went by and I kept burying my head in the sand, but it didn’t lead to anything, so here we are,” he said with a sigh.
Khloe joked that her mother, Kris Jenner, suggested they not announce the birth of her son, because no one will realize how many grandchildren there are at this time.
During the confessional, Khloe confirmed the embryo transfer happened a few days before Thanksgiving 2021, and she found out about Tristan’s child with Maralee Nichols in the first week of December.
He didn’t want anyone to think he did an embryo transfer AFTER the paternity scandal broke.

“I don’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact,” Khloe said during the confessional. “I’m not a sociopath. I am a madman, but not a mad king.”
Khloe was very honest about her displeasure with the news Tristan was expecting another child with someone else while simultaneously encouraging her to undergo an embryo transfer as a surrogate.
Tristan found out he was pregnant with his third child, a son, with Nichols on July 2, but continues to push Khloe to expand their family.
Once Khloe finally told her family about baby no. 2, Kim, Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner have a family meeting.
“I just don’t like the fact that Tristan knows that this is going on,” Kylie said.

Kendall agreed, adding, “You [Tristan] has encouraged Khloe to continue this while you know that’s the case too. It was almost like he wanted to trap her.”

“She wants to stick with it for sure,” added the incredible momager.
Khloe revealed why she kept the baby news from the public for so long.
“I couldn’t hear about this for months about how stupid I was, like I was stupid,” she said through tears.
News of Khloe and Tristan’s second baby broke on July 14.
The former couple’s representative confirmed the news in a statement.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling in November. Khloé is so grateful to her amazing surrogate for such a wonderful blessing. We ask for kindness and privacy so Khloe can focus on her family.”

Despite welcoming their second child together, Khloe and Tristan are NOT together.
The statement continued, “Khloe and Tristan have not gotten back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting. The baby was conceived through a surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was pregnant with someone else in December.”
On July 28, Khloe’s surrogate went into labor early.
Kim documented the birth of Khloe’s baby boy and gave him his first kiss.
Khloe allows Tristan to come visit and meet their son at the hospital.
