The SKIMS founder took to her Instagram Stories to share a side-by-side photo of her younger self and her six-year-old daughter, highlighting the striking similarities they share.
Kardashian’s post comes days after she shared a heartfelt tribute to Chicago on her birthday, describing the child as “smart,” “sweet,” and “lovable.”

Kim Kardashian once again showed how much in common her daughter, Chicago, shares with her. The beauty mogul shares the six-year-old with her ex, rapper Kanye West, and they welcomed him in 2018 via surrogacy.
Taking to her Instagram story, the reality star shared side-by-side images featuring her childhood memories and a recent photo of her six-year-old daughter, Chicago.
In the photo, both Kardashian and Chicago display a calm demeanor with matching expressions and similar facial features, including pouty lips. Kardashian opted for loose hair, while Chicago sported her signature space bun, the signature hairstyle she’s known for.
On the other side of the picture, Kardashian wrote their names in capital letters, as if to make identification easier. He also added the words “my twin” as a caption, further emphasizing the similarities he shares with Chicago.

He also once shared a theory about why the similarities exist, even though Chicago was welcomed through surrogacy.
“I think I was really nervous about having a surrogate and having a God-like, ‘I’m going to make her look like you,'” Kardashian said during an appearance on Ashley Graham’s “Pretty Big Deal” podcast in 2018, per US Weekly.
Kardashian added about her and Chicago similarities, “it looks like, honestly, my twin is mixed with Saint. We are both in him.”
The mother of four opted for surrogacy instead of natural birth because of medical advice, which revealed at the time that carrying a third child could lead to complications.

A few days ago, Kardashian posted a heartfelt tribute to her daughter, Chicago, as she celebrated her sixth birthday.
She said, “Happy 6th Birthday Chicago! I honestly don’t know too much about raising a Capricorn girl but you make it so easy and fun, and silly!!! I can already see the determination and ambition you have in your self.”
“The Kardashians” star also described the little one as “smart, sweet, goofy and so loved by everyone around you, especially your cousins!”
He completed the post with a statement about how much he loves Chicago, which he nicknamed “Chi Chi.” It read, “I love you so much. I am so happy to be your mother!”
Alongside the description, Kardashian shared a series of photos featuring the mother-daughter duo at the annual Kardashian-Jenner Christmas Eve party. They were both dressed in feathered dresses, though Chicago’s own dress was knee-length and simple, while Kardashian wore an elaborate gown that showed off her ample bosom.

She also said that it is better for her children to stay protected from what happens online, because they are not ready to deal with it yet.
“If they don’t know what’s being said, why would I bring that energy to them? That’s true, the weight, the adults— that they’re not ready to deal with,” the beauty mogul said during her appearance on the Angie Martinez IRL podcast in 2022, per Many people.
He added, “When they have, we’ll have that conversation. One day, my kids will thank me for not sitting here and insulting their dad. I can.”
