It seems that some of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s children have inherited his musical genes. Over the weekend, the reality star couldn’t help but say hello to her children after they were spotted singing one of their father’s hit songs.
Kim took to social media to show off a cute moment of her two youngest children, Chicago and Pslam, poking fun at her ex-husband.
Kim Kardashian Loves Kids Singing Kanye West Songs
Despite issues between Kanye and Kim over co-parenting their four children, it seems the “KUWTK” alum is making sure his kids know about their father’s work and talents. On Sunday, the loving mother took Twitter to share a touching video of Chicago and Psalm singing Kanye’s song, “True Love,” featuring XXXTentacion.
MEGA
The adorable clip begins by showing 3-year-old Psalm in the back of a vehicle in his car seat, singing the chorus to the song, which was released in 2022. While playing with his teddy, Psalm says, “don’t you make it difficult for me,” but is quickly corrected by his sister Chicago .
The 4-year-old immediately interjected, telling Psalm that the lyrics were incorrect. The camera then pans to show her wearing the cutest silver tank top and her curly hair in a side part as she sings the right words, “True Love shouldn’t be this complicated. I thought I was going to die in your arms.”
Soon, Psalm catches the vibe and joins Chicago to sing the chorus but still insists on singing his funny version while his sister comes up with the correct lyrics. Kim captioned the 50-second clip, writing, “OMG they are so cute I had to share!”
Indeed, the little ones are so cute and the tweet got over 22,000 likes from fans who weren’t happy with them. One fan said, “Chi has a beautiful voice! He’s going to be a superstar when he’s older!”
This fan tweeted, “I love how Chicago changes her voice & continues to sing like a pro. Kids are the best. And Psalm still sings it wrong regardless. So cute 😂.”

In May, Ye, as he is now officially known, dropped the single “True Love” as part of his 11th studio album, “Donda 2.” As reported by The Blast, the song is Ye’s first release after a 3-month hiatus on social media following a series of rants that got him banned.
The 2 minute 28 second song begins with XXXTentacion singing, “Real love shouldn’t be this complicated. I thought I was going to die in your arms,” before the Yeezy Founder expressed her displeasure about her parenting schedule with Kim.
The “Praise God” rapper sings, “Wait, when you see the kids? I’ll see you all tomorrow. Wait, when the sun goes down? I see you all tomorrow Wait, when I take them, I feel like they’re borrowed. When I need to return it, scan it like a barcode.”
He also chided his ex-wife for not dressing their kids in Yeezy clothes, saying, “Wait, there’s no hard feelings, but these feelings are hard. Wait, who put our kids in, “What’s that?” Wait, why can’t they wear Yeezys with cargo? You all know Nike doesn’t like me, you all take it too far. At least have them in some Mike, he played for Chicago. I only saw three children, who watched Chicago? And you know all the babysitters say, “Daddy’s in Nebraska.”
Despite the controversial lyrics, it seems Kim doesn’t care about their kids listening to the song.
Yeezy Founder Won’t ‘Compromise’ On Kids’ School
Kim’s heartfelt video posted comes days after Ye’s interview with Fox Network’s Tucker Carlson, in which she talked about her desire for them to attend Donda Academy. The rapper, who publicly criticized the founders of SKIMS for not allowing their children to attend his school, spoke on the topic at length.

Ye expressed dismay about Sierra Canyon’s current children’s school, saying, “What they’re doing is taking all the celebrity kids and putting them in this same school” to “indoctrinate them.” He continued, “Right now, we have reached a compromise — but I’m not done yet because I don’t compromise — but we’ve reached a compromise that my children come to my school after school, and they learn choir.”
The 24-time Grammy Award winner lamented that her youngest son Psalm was indoctrinated because he complained about attending choir practice at the Donda Academy when he did not attend the school.
“I sat there with [Psalm] and he came in and said, ‘why do I have to sing? I didn’t even go to your school,’” the rapper told Carlson. “So imagine a 16-year-old version of that guy, or a 26-year-old version of that guy, where the father doesn’t know what the kids are watching, what the kids are wearing, what the kids are eating, or who they’re with. the kids get along.”
