Lopez was recently delayed outside Tracy Anderson’s gym where she had planned to have a workout session. The multi-talented entertainer arrived at the establishment in a black SUV and was seen knocking on the gym’s door after having difficulty getting in.
The 53-year-old donned eye-catching green and yellow snakeskin print leggings for her gym session paired with a yellow crop top. The outfit showcased her toned abs and alluring curves, a testament to her dedication to staying fit over the years.

To complete her look, the “Shotgun Wedding” actress wore oversized aviator sunglasses and stylish sneakers that added to her height. He also carries a gold glitter bottle with a straw and his phone.
While waiting for access, the actress decided to lean against the reflective wall, crossing her arms in frustration. Eventually, she was allowed into the fitness studio, but she was later seen leaving in a foul mood after her session and reportedly said “f**k you” to paparazzi swarming her.

Over the years, Lopez has become known not only for her talent but also for her dedication to staying fit. She recently reiterated her dedication to fitness while promoting BodyArmor for their latest campaign, “Choose More.”
“It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,” said Lopez, who is married to Oscar winner Ben Affleck, per Us Weekly.
The mother of two also noted that exercise comes with a number of benefits that help with mental health.
He added, “I think there is a positive correlation between exercise and mental health. When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we naturally strive to be the best version of ourselves.”
When it comes to working out, the actress doesn’t have a rigid routine and always tries to shake things up. “I’m always changing and looking for things that excite and motivate me,” he continued.

If anyone doubts Lopez’s dedication to fitness, her trainer, Tracy Anderson, previously opened up about working with the actress.
“Working out with him, it’s pretty incredible because he’s so hardworking and he has such a good attitude,” Anderson said. Us Weekly in January 2020. “He has great energy. He is positive and giving. She’s just a great woman.”
Anderson also noted that the “Manhattan Housewives” star is punctual and consistent in working out in the gym.
“He shows up no matter what, he takes his time seriously, he knows his body, he wants to be himself,” the famous trainer said of his client. “He knows that putting in the hard work to get his exercise is part of it.”

In the meantime, Lopez is gearing up to release a new album this summer. Titled “This Is Me… Now,” the album is the sequel to the singer’s hit 2002 project, “This Is Me… Then.”
It consists of 13 songs, one less than its predecessor, and “depicts the emotional, spiritual and psychological journey he has been on over the past two decades.”
Last year, the “Jenny From the Block” rider spoke to her Vogue about the album, explaining what his fans should expect when it comes out.
“[It’s] kind of the culmination of who I am as a person and an artist,” the “All I Have” singer told the publication for their December cover story.
He added, “There is a part of me that hides a side of me from everyone. And I think I’m at a place in my life, finally, where I have something to say about it.”
