Fitness trainer Senada Greca, Kim Kardashian’s fitness trainer, is doing a beach bikini workout!
The Zentoa founder swapped dumbbells for rocks as he fell into the sand and even pushed himself back up against a rock wall to prove to his 4.4 million Instagram followers that fans can get a good workout no matter where they are!

In one of her latest Instagram workout videos, the social media sensation travels to the beach to share an upper body and abs workout with her followers. Although he usually brought a dumbbell or two with him, this time, he decided to grab a rock and let that be his match, although he also kicked up a lot of sand on the third piece while leaning his feet against the wall.
Most of these exercises can be done without equipment, so fans can literally take them wherever they go! “A body in motion remains in motion. Why I exercise on vacation and move every day,” he wrote in the caption. “While you can really rest and recharge, exercising while outside is only a small part of the day. 30 minutes to 1 hour out of 24 hours is totally doable. You got this!”
Fitness trainer Kim French comments, “MUSCLE QUEEN! Just unreal my girl as always,” prompted Senada to reply, “Thanks love” along with a smiley face emoji. “This video is the best because it shows we can train anywhere and without special equipment. It leaves no reason,” commented one fan. “You show no excuses,” another follower agreed.

In another Instagram post, the fitness guru shared different ways her followers can use the machine to not only move their arms and legs, but also their abs. “If you have a rollerboard similar to this, try this workout,” she wrote in the caption. “But the first two can be replaced with sliders or towels.”

In addition to her workout videos, Senada also knows that what you put in your body is just as important as how you train it. That’s why she’s sharing her recipe for a delicious Roasted Vegetable Salad to make sure fans can really enjoy eating their veggies!
In this salad, she chops eggplant, zucchini, shallots, asparagus, and yellow peppers before seasoning them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. After grilling or broiling it at 400°F for 30 minutes, he then layers chopped greens, tomatoes, avocado and grilled chicken on the tray before adding the roasted vegetables. He then finishes it with more salt, a little olive oil, and the juice of a lemon.
