In one of her latest Instagram workout routines, the popular fitness trainer tied her long hair back from her face as she lay on wet sand and worked out her abs in a bright green bikini. In the video clip, she demonstrates proper form while performing exercises such as the holly body flutter kick and straight leg deadbug.
“Abs workout – you can do this from your couch, no equipment, no excuses, so save and get it later and share with a friend,” she wrote in the caption. “I dare you to try this workout…your core will burn in the best way. When I can combine the beach or the pool (or the couch) and a great workout, it’s a win win.”
