Fitness trainer Senada Greca, Kim Kardashian’s fitness trainer, is enjoying some rest and relaxation on vacation at the beach in her tiny bikini!

The founder of Zentoa took to Instagram last week to share a video of herself doing a beach bikini workout that featured her using rocks for weight! She quickly followed it up with a video that not only gave fans a look at her beach body but also what she ate during her vacation!

The popular fitness trainer begins her video barefoot on the rocks in an orange bikini. He then proceeded to show a clip of him starting his day with a cold plunge and a workout before giving fans what they wanted to see: food! She also gave fans a look at her new haircut while snacking on a variety of healthy foods.

“Holiday routine and what I eat in a day – or rather what I eat today,” Senada explained in the caption. Although I do my best to rest on vacation, I still like to create a healthy routine. The day started with an early morning Cold Plunge and saw the sunlight for 10 minutes Amazing beach full body workout and I’ll be installing it tomorrow.”

For breakfast, Senada enjoys four scrambled eggs with feta and a side of turkey and bacon. He also ate a bowl of blueberries and strawberries that were not captured in the video. For lunch, he eats tacos with chicken Caesar salad and an ice cream sandwich by the beach. For dinner, he enjoyed grilled sea bass with vegetables. He also enjoyed a side of bread and a fruit bowl that wasn’t captured in the video.

Fans love to see what he eats in a day. “You’re great! I think it’s really important to make sure I maintain a vacation routine so that I can continue to feel like myself,” commented one fan. “Same. I’m enjoying my vacation more,” replied Senada. “Random question… if you don’t mind… what’s your body fat percentage?” another follower asked. “I didn’t really measure it. A while ago when I was lighter (about 6 lbs) it was about 11%,” replied Senada.

As promised, Senada really did a full body beach bikini workout. He started literally throwing stones over his shoulder in the ocean. He then held another rock while going up and down in the sand, which was harder than it looked! He sticks to the rocks for the rest of his workout, even doing lunges and rows with them!

“Who remembers my rock training? This is a must whenever possible. Connect with your ultimate self and realize the strength within,” she wrote in the caption, reminding her followers to share with other warriors! Actress Kim Shannon commented, “Knowing me, I might have accidentally dropped a rock on my head and had a concussion” which was met with many responses of “same!”

“One of the best bodies on earth,” commented one fan. “What planet are you from?” another follower asked. “This is awesome,” chimed in a third fan. “I really like your body. I started training, and that’s my goal. Let’s see how it turns out. Congratulations on your consistency and determination; you’re a great model!” another follower shared, to which Sanada replied, “Keep crushing it baby. You got this.”

“I don’t just see muscles and an amazing body. I see discipline, commitment, hard work, strength,” another fan said. “Thank you love,” replied Senada. Travel influencer Fnak Bayati wrote, “You look great but can I do this while drinking margaritas?” Senada replied, “Exercise first, margarita later” with a laughing face emoji.
