Although all the pieces of the incident have yet to be put together, it has been confirmed by the police that it is not linked to any act of terrorism.
Two teenagers have since been arrested in connection with the tragedy and have been charged with firearms and resisting arrest charges. They are being held at a juvenile detention center, and additional charges are expected to be filed in the future as the investigation progresses in the coming days.
Because the teenagers have not yet reached the age of majority, their names are being withheld from the public in accordance with juvenile court cases in the state. The same rule is also expected to prevent their trial from becoming public if their case proceeds to trial.
