The drama surrounding Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce has intensified with new claims against the former NFL star.
Zolciak recently accused her ex-husband of leaking information about their divorce proceedings, saying sensitive details were revealed to the press. To fix this problem, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star asked a judge to issue a protective order to stop public access to the case.

In a new legal document, Zolciak raised concerns about media attention to her high-profile divorce. He said the press had covered every juncture in the ongoing case, having access to information that would normally be restricted.

These sensitive details include embarrassing information about the reality TV star and Biermann, which she never wanted fans to read but still leaked. She named her soon-to-be ex-husband as the culprit, claiming he was trying to get her consent to stop press attention.
However, Zolciak stated that Biermann rejected his proposal to obtain the confidentiality order, leading him to suspect that he was the one who leaked the information to the press. So he filed new court documents obtained by TMZ and begged the judge to intervene so he could protect sensitive details in the ongoing case.
If court-ordered discretion is exercised, Zolciak can stop information about certain names and financial records from entering public records. However, the judge has yet to rule on the matter.
The “Don’t Be Tardy” star’s claim about her ex’s loose lips comes after another heavy-handed allegation. In January, The Blast reported that he slammed Biermann for stealing “hundreds of thousands of dollars” worth of personal items.
She first filed a report of the alleged theft of her expensive jewelry and purse by the former soccer player in early January before body camera footage detailing the incident was released. The video revealed that Zolciak had informed the authorities that his belongings were missing in May 2023.

He said, “I’ve asked them back, and he won’t give them back.” The expensive items were allegedly hidden in a safe in the former couple’s master bedroom, but she did not have access to them and had to call the police to her residence.
In the clip, a distraught Zolciak pleads with police to get her belongings back while accusing her ex of threats and physical fights. Meanwhile, Biermann, from behind the bedroom door, denies these claims and expresses concern for his safety.
Law enforcement ended the drama with Biermann returning his blanket, medication, phone charger and neck cream. However, Zolciak later claimed that her more expensive items, including diamond jewellery, wallets and watches, were no longer in the safe where she thought they were kept.
He explained he found the missing items after breaking into a locked safe. “My lawyer said I should file a police report because the item was stolen,” she said in the video, adding that a jeweler had posted a photo of her bracelet on Instagram.
In addition, Zolciak claims Biermann earned $25,000 from selling some of his belongings. This claim led the officers with her to explain that due to her pending divorce, the police could not intervene.
He explained that since they are still legally married, the couple’s property belongs to each other. “What is yours is his, and he is yours. Until the divorce is finalised, there is no technical crime being committed now,” the official said.
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Cut the Price of Their Family Home

Ahead of the new update in their legal drama, the former couple made headlines for once again slashing the asking price of their Georgia mansion. Initially listed at $6 million, the cost of Zolciak and Biermann’s home was reduced to $5.5 million before another reduction to $4.5 million.
Despite the price cut, there are still no significant takers for the property — a problem allegedly caused by property values in the area being lower than their initial listings.
This makes the recent price drop a strategy to attract interested parties amid the duo’s desperation to fix their financial woes. The couple faced multiple lawsuits and dealings with the Internal Revenue Service [IRS] research.
As for their original price drop, court documents show Biermann redoubled efforts to sell the 9,407-square-foot property. Citing the dire financial situation for him and Zolciak, the former football player wrote:
“The only asset they currently have with equity is the matrimonial home. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set to be seized in November.”
“Current living conditions are unsustainable and detrimental to the mental and emotional health of minors,” the document added.
