The reality TV couple are in danger of losing their family home featured on the now canceled Bravo TV show Don’t Be Late. The $2.6 million home is unfortunately in foreclosure according to court documents.
The property is still far in the foreclosure process, it is set to be auctioned soon. Court documents state that Biermann “failed to repay” an alleged $300,000 loan after his reality TV spinoff was canceled.
US Sun claimed that a Notice of Foreclosure Sale had been filed against the Biermanns notifying them that their home “will be sold over public objection to the highest bidder for cash at the Fulton County, Georgia courthouse.”

The couple seems to have been dealing with this situation for a long time. Page Six reported that the house was first in danger of foreclosure in 2014. They received a letter of fieri facias (a fancy way of expressing a lien) that states, authorities can “seize a piece of property and sell it to satisfy the owner’s debts or tax obligations.”
At the time, the couple allegedly had a $10,567.67 lien against their home. However, by 2021, the couple’s lien has been “paid in full” according to them but they still have other outstanding debts including one from Kroy’s former agent who claims the athlete still owes $22,000.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann Has a History of Money Mishandling

When we first met Zolciak-Biermann, she was unmarried and had a bad history with money. She relied on a man named “big daddy” to take care of herself and her two daughters at the time. The entire first season of the show featured Kim spending her money on some big-ticket items like townhouses and SUVs.
It is revealed that he is married and has a family of his own. He ends up meeting Kroy at an event taped for the show and the rest leads to where we are today. Kroy is a former professional football player, but he never reached the top of the profession.

The 44-year-old has teased online that we haven’t seen the last of him. During an Instagram Q&A, Biermann teased that he could return to TV on his own terms “We’re coming back! First time in [13 years] I’m not under contract so I want to shop around and do the best for my family and me,” he claimed.
He insisted that something “is coming soon”. Meanwhile, she considers herself a Kris Jenner type and has started a YouTube channel for children that she shares with Kroy; Kroy Jagger (KJ), Kash Kade, Kaia, and Kane.
“Oh my god!!! The Biermann kids have started their own YouTube!!! Link is in my bio. They make all their own videos and [KJ Biermann] even edited it lol,” he wrote in an IG post announcing the news. You can watch kids take part in challenges and pranks; it is called Biermann Bratz.
