Kim Zolciak’s sales success continues, with her skincare line falling into new hands!
In recent months, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has made headlines for selling personal items, including luxury bags and shoes. Now, her beauty brand Kashmere Kollections has joined the growing list amid financial issues with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.
Kim Zolciak Sells Skincare Line to Top Women’s Wellness Brand
Zolciak announced the sale of his Kashmere Kollections brand in an Instagram post, sharing a news release about the company’s acquisition by Tim Sharif’s 310 Nutrition LLC. The message revealed that the TV personality joined Sharif in 2016 to create her skin care line.
After years of “sparing no expense in creating high-quality skin care products that people love,” Zolciak has passed the torch to Sharif. While it’s unclear whether he will still have a role in the future of Kashmere Kollections, the statement said the brand will grow under new leadership.
“Kashmere Kollections, under the leadership of Tim Sharif, will continue to carry products that customers love, expanding offerings to introduce new and innovative skin care solutions,” the news release read.
Plus, they’re celebrating the event by offering fans “25% off sitewide premium skincare products at kashmerekollections.com for the month of February.” Both parties involved in the sale were equally enthusiastic about the future, with Sharif stating:
“I am very excited to help take Kashmere Kollections to the next level. Carrying out the original vision for this company to create inclusive premium skincare aligns with my mission to empower people to embrace their best selves through healthier lifestyle choices.”
Instead, Zolciak reflected on the growth of her skin care line, stating, “The journey began with the birth of my first baby, inspiring a mission to address skin challenges like stretch marks that can come with fluctuating weight gain and loss.” He added:
“We are looking for a renowned formulator to produce my flagship product, Luxury Toning Oil. To date, it remains one of the top sellers in the Kashmere Kollections brand, along with a range of affordable luxury products for skin, body and hair.”
The “Don’t Be Tardy” star also expressed her delight at Sharif’s leadership in the caption of the post and thanked fans for their dedication over the years, writing: “Thank you so much for the incredible loyalty you have shown @kashmerekollections! I look forward to seeing the brand grow. This is your future full of endless possibilities!”
Kim Zolciak Sells High-end Designer Goods Amid Financial Challenges
MEGA
Three months before selling her skin care line to 310 Nutrition LLC, Zolciak seemed to be dipping her toes into her designer collection to deal with her and Biermann’s ongoing financial challenges.
In November, she listed several luxury brand items for sale online, such as a gray Louis Vuitton purse that sold for $4,500 and a Chanel Shearling bag for $5,900. Another item included in this flash sale is her Gucci mink heels [at $1,250] and Balmain plastic heels [going for $600].
In addition to addressing debt concerns, the sale sparked rumors of positive developments in her relationship with Biermann amid their divorce. Sources claim it could be seen as a potential peace offer to her estranged husband, especially after he collects the proceeds of his last sale.
In an Instagram Story update, Zolciak shared a video featuring shoes from her closet and Biermann’s available for sale. The items include B23 Dior X Hajime Sorayama high-top sneakers, Christian Louboutin shoes and Gucci mink lace-up boots, among others.
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Desperate To Sell Their Georgia Mansion
MEGA
Last month, Zolciak and Biermann again reduced the price of their Georgia mansion, hoping to attract potential buyers. The property was initially listed at $6 million before being reduced to $5.5 million and now to $4.5 million.
The recent price drop may be a strategy to attract potential buyers, as reports claim property values in the area are lower than their initial listings. In the case of Zolciak and Biermann, the couple’s downsizing can be seen as a desperate attempt to ease their financial woes.
Separated couples face multiple lawsuits and the Internal Revenue Service [IRS] research. Biermann’s lawyers highlighted their problems in court documents, saying the couple desperately needed funds.
“The only asset they currently have with equity is the matrimonial home. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set for foreclosure in November,” the legal filing said.
“Current living conditions are unsustainable and detrimental to the mental and emotional health of minors,” the document continued. “If the marital home is sold, it will provide both parties with enough income to secure their home, thereby removing the children from a toxic environment.”
