The son of famous actor Tom Hanks, Chet Hanks, is increasingly flirting with reality television star Kim Zolciak as he goes through his messy divorce from Kroy Biermann.
The two were spotted on the set of MTV’s “The Surreal Life” flirting with each other while the cameras were rolling.

Biermann, who shares four minor children with Zolciak, filed for primary custody and requested “exclusive” use of their $3 million Georgia mansion, according to The Blast. According to court documents, he declared their 12-year union “irretrievably broken,” demanding “exclusive, temporary and permanent use and possession of the marital residence” in Alpharetta.
“Applicant (Biermann) indicated that Respondent (Zolciak) should be restrained and prohibited from coming to the conjugal residence after he vacates,” the court document reads.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak recently filed for annulment of her divorce from her husband, Kroy Biermann, claiming the two stars are still having sex.
Biermann, a former NFL star, has filed for divorce twice, most recently on Aug. 24, claiming Zoliack’s gambling problem had led them to financial ruin, but Zolciak said the divorce did not happen.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, contrary to the claims made in the Petition for Divorce, “the parties have engaged in marital sexual relations several times since the filing of the Petition for Divorce and the latest on or about September 7, 2023.”
“The allegation of irretrievable marriage is false if the parties have resumed living together or have reconciled for any period,” the document states. “The fact of cohabitation or reconciliation shows that there is still a possibility that the marriage is viable…the parties are required to confirm once again that the marriage cannot be restored by bringing a new complaint.”
The divorce was very messy, but now it seems that Zolciak may be taking her mind back again and may want a divorce because she was seen flirting with Chet Hanks, the son of famous actor Tom Hanks.

Hanks, who has a history of alleged verbal and physical abuse, has been joined by fellow stars Johnny Weir, Josie Canseco, Ally Brooke, and others for the upcoming eighth season.
