Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are eager to sell their Georgia mansion to ease their financial worries.
Evidence of their desperation is shown by the recent reduction in the asking price of their two-story, seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom Milton home.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Cut the Asking Price of Their Home Amid Divorce Drama
Zolciak and Biermann have reportedly reduced the asking price of their Georgia mansion by $500,000 after first listing it for $6 million two months ago. However, they were forced to re-evaluate the price due to a lack of offers, bringing the price to $5,500,000.

While it’s not the most significant reduction, it’s a big one, and obviously, they’re hoping this adjustment will attract potential buyers, TMZ claims. The effectiveness of this move remains to be seen, given the sluggish housing market and relatively high interest rates.
The drop in property prices is a clear sign of the growing financial challenges and drama surrounding the divorce of estranged couples. It’s worth noting that viewers found the news of the listing puzzling, especially since Biermann asked for permission to sell the family home in September.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the former Atlanta Falcons player emphasized the need to sell the 9,407-square-foot property, citing dire financial conditions for him and his men.
An excerpt from the filing states, “The only asset they currently own with equity is the marital residence. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set to be seized in November.”
“The current living conditions are unsustainable and affect the mental and emotional health of minors. If the marital home is sold, it will provide both parties with enough income to secure their home, thereby removing the children from a toxic environment,” the document continued.
Unfortunately, it appears that Biermann and Zolciak are at odds over the sale as “Don’t Run” declares, “I’m staying here, not going anywhere!” in a previous Instagram post
Despite disagreements over the sale of their home, the couple also found themselves unable to agree to proceed with the divorce. Although the Biermanns began filing for divorce in May 2023, they chose to stop the process two months later, choosing to focus on repairing their relationship.
On August 24, 2023, the former athlete changed his decision and filed for divorce for the second time. Sources claim that Zolciak’s gambling problem played a significant role in the decision.

Although the 33-year-old was determined to end their marriage, his partner refused to let him go and filed for the divorce to be dismissed. Insisting that her husband’s claim that their union was “irretrievably broken” was untrue, Bravo wrote in her document:
“The allegation of irretrievable marriage is false if both parties have resumed cohabitation or reconciled for any period. The fact of cohabitation or reconciliation shows that there is still a possibility that the marriage is viable…the parties are required to confirm once again that the marriage cannot be restored by bringing a new complaint.”
Zolciak & Biermann Have Various Lawsuits To Face
Earlier this month, Chase Bank initiated a lawsuit against Zolciak for an outstanding balance of $4,624.02. The financial institution provided several account statements as evidence, revealing that the reality television star had been behind in payments since November 2022.
They claim that the balance has increased and are now proceeding with the payment. In addition, Biermann also faces a lawsuit from Chase Bank over another credit card account, alleging that he owes about $13,000.
In a separate, unrelated case, he faced judgment when Discover sued him over alleged outstanding balances that had reached $11,275.45. As it turned out, Biermann did not formally respond to the lawsuit, resulting in a default judgment.
Ultimately, a judge ruled that he must pay the entire amount along with $111 in court costs. As previously mentioned, Biermann and Zolciak have been battling a series of comparable lawsuits lately, including one from Biermann’s legal representatives.

In the filing, the attorney pointed out that the Montana native has an outstanding balance of $801.01 in unpaid fees and services to the firm. At the time, he stated that the amount may increase due to the 1.5% monthly interest rate on all outstanding balances until the firm is fully compensated for the legal services provided.
